Description
図10に示されるような駆動面102のそれら中心位置104からの外側への傾斜は、駆動面が、図7に示されるように見られるとき、一番上および一番下の位置にないとき必要である。一番上および一番下の位置において、ソケットはインサート面108と干渉を持たないだろう。しかしながら、雌型ソケット軸とインサート軸の間の角度αの傾斜により、一番上および一番下の位置にないとき、移動の際に干渉がもたらされる。この干渉は、角度αがより大きくなると、より大きくなる。より詳細には、角度αとβは、以下の式:

Claims (8)
- 熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、
熱ガラスシート処理システムに取り付けるための一対の支持部であって、前記支持部の一方が水平支持軸を有し、他方の支持部が、前記一方の支持部の前記水平支持軸と異なる高さの水平の支持および駆動軸を有する一対の支持部と、
前記一対の支持部の間に延在し、角度αだけ水平面から傾斜した回転軸を有する水平に傾斜したローラと、
前記傾斜ローラを、前記一方の支持部に、その水平支持軸において回転可能に取り付けるアイドラベアリングと、
前記傾斜ローラを、前記他方の支持部において、その水平の支持および駆動軸で回転可能に支持し、および回転駆動し、搬送される熱い上向きに凹んだ成形ガラスシートの上側部分の下側面の支持を提供する駆動連結器とを含み、
前記駆動連結器が、前記傾斜ローラか前記他方の支持部のどちらかに取り付けられる雌型ソケットと、前記ソケット内に受け入れられかつ前記傾斜ローラまたは前記他方の支持部のうちの他方に取り付けられる雄型インサートとを含み、
前記雌型ソケットが、その周りを前記ソケットが回転するソケット軸を有し、および前記ソケット軸と平行に延在する駆動面を有する内側を含み、各駆動面が周辺中心位置を有し、そこから前記駆動面が、前記ソケット軸からその周辺中心位置までの半径に対して垂直な線から角度βだけ周辺方向においてわずかに外側に傾けられ、
前記雄型インサートが、その周りを前記インサートが回転するインサート軸を有し、および前記雌型ソケットの駆動面の数と同じ数の駆動面を含み、各駆動面が、周辺方向に直線的な形状を有し、この周辺方向の直線的な形状は、前記インサート軸からその直線的な形状に沿った周辺中心位置までの半径に対して垂直であり、また各駆動面が、前記インサート軸に沿って丸い形状を有し、その直径は、前記雌型ソケットの前記駆動面の前記周辺中心位置を通る円の直径よりほんのわずか小さく、それにより前記ソケットが前記インサートを受け入れ、前記ソケット軸と前記インサート軸の間に鋭角αがある状態で前記ソケットと前記インサートの間に回転駆動をもたらすことが可能になる
ことを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、前記雌型ソケットが偶数の前記駆動面を有し、前記雄型インサートが偶数の前記駆動面を有することを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、前記雌型ソケットが略六角形を形成する6つの駆動面を有し、前記雄型インサートが略六角形を形成する6つの駆動面を有することを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、前記雌型ソケットが窪みを有し、前記窪みは、その隣接する駆動面の間に配置され、かつ前記ソケット軸から半径方向に、前記駆動面から外側に延在することを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。
- 請求項4に記載の熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、前記雌型ソケットの前記窪みが丸みを帯び、前記雄型インサートがその隣接する駆動面の間に丸みを帯びた交差部分を有することを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置において、前記角度αが0度<α<25度であり、前記角度βが0度<β<2.5度であることを特徴とする熱成形ガラスシート用の傾斜ローラ搬送装置。
