Claims (3)
- 複数の流体スロット(210)が形成されている流体スロット領域(300)と、
第1のループを形成する外側エッジ部分(240)と第2のループを形成する内側部分(250)とを有する温度検出抵抗
を備えるプリントヘッドであって、
前記第1のループ(240)は、前記流体スロット領域の外側を該流体スロット領域のエッジに沿って延在し、前記第2のループ(250)は、隣接する2つの流体スロット(210)間に延在し、
前記第1のループ(240)の第1の端部はボンドパッドに接続し、前記第1のループ(240)の第2の端部はグランドに接続し、前記第2のループ(250)の第1の端部は、前記第1のループ(240)と同じボンドパッドに接続し、前記第2のループ(250)の第2の端部はグランドに接続することからなる、プリントヘッド。 - 前記エッジ部分(240)は、前記流体スロット領域(300)の3つの側部を囲む、請求項1のプリントヘッド。
- 前記温度検出抵抗は、前記プリントヘッドの温度を検出し及び前記プリントヘッドに熱を供給するための回路の一部を形成する、請求項1または2のプリントヘッド。
