Description
Claims (13)
- 三次元加工物の製造装置(10)であって、
原材料粉末を受けるキャリア(14)を収容するプロセスチャンバー(12)と、
累積的な積層造形法によって前記原材料粉末からなる加工物を作製するために、前記キャリア(14)上の原材料粉末を電磁放射線又は粒子放射線で選択的に照射する照射手段(16)と、
前記キャリア(14)を横断する第1のガス流(F1)を生成するように構成及び配置されたものである、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へガスを供給する第1のガス流入口(22)及び前記プロセスチャンバー(12)からガスを排出するガス流出口(26)と、
前記照射手段(16)によって放射された電磁放射線又は粒子放射線を前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内へ伝達することができる伝達部(34)と、
前記伝達部(34)から離れる方向の第2のガス流(F2)を生成するように構成及び配置されたものである、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へガスを供給する第2のガス流入口(38)と、
前記第2のガス流入口(38)を経由する前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内へのガスの体積流量が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を経由する前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内へのガスの体積流量より大きくなるように、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へのガスの供給を制御するように適合された制御ユニット(42)とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2のガス流入口(38)は、第2のガス流入口領域(A)を形成するように構成及び配置された、複数のガス流入開口(44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のガス流入口領域(A)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の上壁(36)の領域内に配置された第1の部分(A1)及び前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)の領域内に配置された第2の部分(A2)とを有し、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を収容していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のガス流入口(38)の上流のガス供給路(40)内に配置された圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の壁(30、36)に統合されること、及び/又は、前記第2のガス流入口(38)及び/又は前記伝達部(34)は前記プロセスチャンバー(12)に面する圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)の壁(48)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の上壁(36)に統合された第1の部分(46a)及び前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)に統合された第2の部分(46b)とを有し、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を収容していることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のガス流入口(22)の上流のさらなるガス供給路(24)内に配置された、さらなる圧力均等化コンテナ部(54)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 三次元加工物の製造方法であって、
プロセスチャンバー(12)内に収容されたキャリア(14)上に原材料粉末の層を塗布する工程と、
第1のガス流入口(22)及びガス流出口(26)が、前記キャリア(14)を横断する第1のガス流(F1)を生成するように構成及び配置され、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へガスを供給し、かつ、前記ガス流出口(26)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)からガスを排出する工程と、
累積的な積層造形法によって前記原材料粉末からなる加工物を作製するために、照射手段(16)によって、前記キャリア(14)上の原材料粉末を電磁放射線又は粒子放射線で選択的に照射する工程と、
前記照射手段(16)によって放射された電磁放射線又は粒子放射線を伝達部(34)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内に伝達する工程と、
第2のガス流入口(38)が、前記伝達部(34)から離れる方向の第2のガス流(F2)を生成するように構成及び配置され、前記第2のガス流入口(38)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へガスを供給する工程と
を有し、
前記第2のガス流入口(38)を経由する前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内へのガスの体積流量が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を経由する前記プロセスチャンバー(12)内へのガスの体積流量より大きくなるように、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)へのガスの供給を制御することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2のガス流入口(38)は、第2のガス流入口領域(A)を形成するように構成及び配置された、複数のガス流入開口(44)を有し、
前記第2のガス流入口領域(A)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の上壁(36)の領域内に配置された第1の部分(A1)及び前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)の領域内に配置された第2の部分(A2)とを有し、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を収容していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のガス流入口(38)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)に供給されるガスは、前記第2のガス流入口(38)の上流のガス供給路(40)内に配置された圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)を通って導かれることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の壁(30、36)に統合されること、及び/又は、前記第2のガス流入口(38)及び/又は前記伝達部(34)は前記プロセスチャンバー(12)に面する圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)の壁(48)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力均等化コンテナ部(46)は、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の上壁(36)に統合された第1の部分(46a)及び前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)に統合された第2の部分(46b)とを有し、前記プロセスチャンバー(12)の側壁(30)が、前記第1のガス流入口(22)を収容していることを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガス流入口(22)を経由して前記プロセスチャンバー(12)に供給されるガスは、前記第1のガス流入口(22)の上流のさらなるガス供給路(24)内に配置された、さらなる圧力均等化コンテナ部(54)を通って導かれることを特徴とする請求項8から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
