Description
Claims (7)
- 患者の手術前の映像に基づいて患者内に配置される異物の表面に相補的な第1表面を含む第1側面を有する本体を含む手術装置であって、
前記第1側面は、患者の第1骨および第1軟骨質表面のうち少なくとも一つに相補的な第2表面と、患者の第2骨および第2軟骨質表面のうち少なくとも一つに相補的な第3表面とを含み、
前記本体は、異物に対する所定の位置に細長い装置の挿入を容易にするために前記本体に対して配置される、前記本体の上部により規定される第1対のホールを規定し、
前記本体はさらに、前記第1対のホールから離れて配置される、前記本体の下部により規定される第2対のホールを規定し、前記本体は、前記第1対のホールと前記第2対のホールとの間に位置される開口部を規定し、前記第2対のホールは、第2骨、第2軟骨質表面、または異物のうち少なくとも一つ内の所定の第2位置に第2対の細長い装置の挿入を容易にするために本体に対して配置される、手術装置。 - 前記第1骨は、第2骨とは異なる、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1骨および前記第2骨が共に少なくとも1つの関節部位を規定し、前記本体は、少なくとも前記関節部位を横切って延びるように、前記関節部位に対して形状寸法が決定される、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記本体の第2側面は、ベースから外側に延びるタブを含み、前記タブは、その中に放射線不透過性物質を受容するためにサイズ設定および構成されるホールをその中に規定する、請求項1に記載の手術装置。

前記第1側面は、患者の手術前の映像に基づいて患者内に配置される異物の表面に相補的な第1表面と、前記患者の第1骨または第1軟骨質表面のうち少なくとも一つに相補的な第2表面と、前記患者の第2骨または第2軟骨質表面のうち少なくとも一つに相補的な第3表面とを含み、前記第1骨および前記第2骨が共に少なくとも1つの関節部位を規定し、前記手術ロケータ装置の本体は、少なくとも前記関節部位を横切って延びるように、前記関節部位に対して形状寸法が決定され、
前記本体は、前記異物に対して第1対の細長い装置の挿入を容易にするために前記本体に対して配置され前記手術ロケータ装置の本体の上部により規定される、第1対のホールを規定し、前記手術ロケータ装置の本体は、前記第1対のホールから離れて配置され、かつ前記手術ロケータ装置の本体の下部により規定される第3対のホールを規定し、前記第3対のホールは、第2骨、第2軟骨質表面、または異物のうち少なくとも一つ内の所定の第2位置に第2対の細長い装置の挿入を容易にするために前記手術ロケータ装置の本体に対して配置され、前記開口部は前記第1対のホールと前記第3対のホールとの間に位置され、
前記第1ガイドは、前記異物に対して前記第1ガイドを位置させるためにその中に前記第1対の細長い装置を受容するようにサイズ設定および構成される第2対のホールを規定する、システム。 - 前記第2骨、第2軟骨質表面、または異物のうち少なくとも一つに対して第2ガイドを位置させるためにその中に前記第2対の細長い装置を受容するようにサイズ設定および構成される第4対のホールを規定する第2ガイドをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
