Description
一般式(1)中、Ar1、Ar2、及びAr3はそれぞれ独立に、置換若しくは無置換のアリール基、又は置換若しくは無置換のヘテロアリール基であり、Ar1、Ar2、及びAr3のうち少なくとも1つは置換若しくは無置換のシリル基で置換されている。Lは、単結合、置換若しくは無置換のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは無置換のヘテロアリーレン基を表す。
一般式(1)中、Ar1、Ar2、及びAr3はそれぞれ独立に、置換若しくは無置換のアリール基、又は置換若しくは無置換のヘテロアリール基であり、前記Ar1、Ar2、及びAr3のうち少なくとも1つは置換若しくは無置換のシリル基で置換されていることを特徴とする。Lは、単結合、置換若しくは無置換のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは無置換のヘテロアリーレン基を表す。
有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、例えば、図1に示すような構造を有していてもよいが、これに限定されるわけではない。
但し、発光層110にホスト材料として含まれる化合物は、上述の化合物に限定されず、公知の材料をホスト材料として使用してもよい。
但し、発光層110にドーパントとしてドープされる化合物は、上述の化合物に限定されず、所望の色領域に応じて公知の材料をドーパントとして使用してもよい。ドーパントは、発光層110を構成する材料に0.1%〜50%ドープされることが好ましい。
一般式(1)で表される本発明のシリル基を有するアミン誘導体について、前記化合物1、3、61、63の合成法の例を以下に述べる。但し、以下に述べる合成法は一例であって、本発明を限定するものでは無い。

本発明の好ましいアミン誘導体である、一般式(1)においてAr3であるカルバゾリル基が置換若しくは無置換のアリーレン基又は置換若しくは無置換ヘテロアリーレン基であるLに結合しているアミン誘導体について、前記化合物A−1、化合物A−2及び化合物A−3の合成法の例を以下に述べる。但し、以下に述べる合成法は一例であって、本発明を限定するものでは無い。尚、化合物A−1は、前述した実施例3における化合物61と同一であり、化合物A−2は、前述した実施例4における化合物63と同一である。
反応容器に化合物(iv)(0.70g, 1.44mmol)、化合物(v)(0.71g, 1.44mmol)、Pd(dba)2(0.04g, 0.07mmol)、トルエン(30mL)加えた。次に、トリ(t−ブチル)ホスフィン(0.14mL, 0.28mmol、2.00M)、ナトリウムt−ブトキシド(0.21g, 2.16mmol)を加え、容器内を窒素置換し、その後還流下で6時間撹拌した。放冷後、反応溶液に水を加えて有機層の抽出を行った。得られた有機層を無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させ、ろ過後に、ろ液をロータリーエバポレーターで濃縮した。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:トルエン/ヘキサン)により精製し、得られた固体をジクロロメタン/ヘキサンで再結晶したところ、目的物である化合物A−1で示される白色粉末状固体を1.15g、収率89%で得た(FAB−MS:C66H48N2Si,測定値897)。
反応容器に化合物(iv)(1.00g, 2.06mmol)、化合物(ii)(0.85g, 2.06mmol)、Pd(dba)2(0.06g, 0.10mmol)、トルエン(10mL)加えた。次に、トリ(t−ブチル)ホスフィン(0.03mL, 0.06mmol、2.00M)、ナトリウムt−ブトキシド(0.30g, 3.08mmol)を加え、容器内を窒素置換し、その後還流下で4時間撹拌した。放冷後、反応溶液に水を加えて有機層の抽出を行った。得られた有機層を無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させ、ろ過後に、ろ液をロータリーエバポレーターで濃縮した。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:トルエン/ヘキサン)により精製し、得られた固体をジクロロメタン/ヘキサンで再結晶したところ、目的物である化合物A−2で示される白色粉末状固体を1.59g、収率94%で得た(FAB−MS:C60H44N2Si,測定値821)。
反応容器に化合物(vi)(1.00g, 2.51mmol)、化合物(vii)(1.26g, 2.51mmol)、Pd2(dba)3・CHCl3(0.13g, 0.13mmol)、トルエン(25mL)加えた。次に、トリ(t−ブチル)ホスフィン(0.33mL, 0.50mmol、1.5M)、ナトリウムt−ブトキシド(0.48g, 5.02mmol)を加え、容器内を窒素置換し、その後還流下で3時間撹拌した。放冷後、反応溶液に水を加えて有機層の抽出を行った。得られた有機層を無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥させ、ろ過後に、ろ液をロータリーエバポレーターで濃縮した。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:トルエン/ヘキサン)により精製し、得られた固体をジクロロメタン/ヘキサンで再結晶したところ、目的物である化合物A−3で示される白色粉末状固体を2.00g、収率97%で得た(FAB−MS:C60H44N2Si,測定値821)。

Claims (4)
- 以下の一般式(1)で表されるモノアミン誘導体。
[前記一般式(1)中、Ar 1 及びAr 2 はそれぞれ独立に、置換若しくは無置換のフェニル基、置換若しくは無置換のビフェニル基、及び置換若しくは無置換のターフェニル基からなる群から選択され、前記Ar 1 及び前記Ar 2 が置換される場合、前記Ar 1 及び前記Ar 2 の置換基は置換若しくは無置換のフェニル基、置換若しくは無置換のビフェニル基、置換若しくは無置換のナフチル基、置換若しくは無置換のジベンゾフラニル基、置換若しくは無置換のジベンゾチオフェニル基及び置換若しくは無置換のシリル基からなる群から選択され、前記Ar 1 及び前記Ar 2 のうち少なくとも1つは置換若しくは無置換のシリル基で置換されており、Ar 3 は置換若しくは無置換のカルバゾリル基であり、Lは、置換若しくは無置換のアリーレン基、又は置換若しくは無置換のヘテロアリーレン基であり、前記カルバゾリル基は、1位、2位、3位又は4位の位置で前記Lと結合する。] - 前記置換若しくは無置換のカルバゾリル基は、2位又は3位の位置で前記Lと結合する請求項1に記載のモノアミン誘導体。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のモノアミン誘導体を発光層中に含む有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のモノアミン誘導体を発光層と陽極との間の積層膜中のうちの一つの膜中に含む有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
