Description
スラッジブランケット部Sへの総流入水量=(スラッジブランケット部Sへの流入水量)−(スラッジブランケット部Sからの汚泥引き抜き量)=原水量
(スラッジブランケット部Sへの流入SS量)−(スラッジブランケット部Sからの引き抜きSS量)=一定、とすることができる。
即ち、スラッジブランケット部Sから沈降ゾーンZ3への凝集フロックの越流量が一定となり、汚泥循環の有無や、汚泥循環量の大小に関わらない。よって、汚泥を循環運転するために、例えば、沈降ゾーンZ3、汚泥濃縮部Z4の容量を大きくする必要はない。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも流入水の上昇流によって流動層が形成されるフロック成長ゾーンと、該成長
ゾーンより上方に形成される固形物と処理水とを分離する分離ゾーンと、を有するスラッ
ジブランケット部を備えた凝集沈殿槽であって、
運転時に前記分離ゾーンより下方から槽外へ汚泥を引き抜いて前記スラッジブランケッ
ト部における流入水の上昇速度を制御する引き抜きラインと、
前記分離ゾーンより上方から越流した汚泥を排出する排出ラインと、
を備え、
前記引き抜きラインにより汚泥を引き抜くことで前記スラッジブランケット部の上昇流
の流速が増加することを抑えることを特徴とする凝集沈殿槽。 - 前記引き抜きラインは前記スラッジブランケット部の下部に接続されていることを特徴
とする請求項1記載の凝集沈殿槽。 - 前記スラッジブランケット部の底部に汚泥貯留部が設けられ、前記引き抜きラインは該
汚泥貯留部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の凝集沈殿槽。 - 前記引き抜きラインは、前記分離ゾーンを貫通して設けられていることを特徴とする請
求項1に記載の凝集沈殿槽。 - 前記引き抜きラインは汚泥引き抜き位置を変更可能に設けられていることを特徴とする
請求項4に記載の凝集沈殿槽。 - 凝集剤と原水とを反応させる凝集反応槽と、
前記凝集反応槽からの流入水を固液分離する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の凝集
沈殿槽と、
を備える凝集沈殿システムであって、
前記引き抜きラインは前記凝集反応槽へ接続されていることを特徴とする凝集沈殿シス
テム。
