Claims (26)
- 創傷処置システムであって、
上面と、下面と、接着剤とを有する密封構造であって、可撓性を有し、組織外傷部の領域の周囲を密封して前記組織外傷部の領域の周囲に密封された空間を形成するように構成されている、密封構造と、
前記密封された空間に連通するように構成された吸引源と、
前記密封構造に取り外し可能に連結された保持構造とを有し、
前記密封構造が、
前記組織外傷部の領域の近くで組織に取り付けられるとともに、前記組織外傷部の領域の近くの前記組織に力を加えて前記組織外傷部の領域の張力を緩和するように構成された弾性要素を含み、
前記保持構造は、前記保持構造が前記密封構造に連結されているとき、前記弾性要素を伸張状態に維持し、
前記保持構造は、前記保持構造が前記密封構造に連結されているとき、前記密封構造に剛性を付与するように構成された一組のリブを有する、システム。 - 前記システムは力制御要素をさらに備えており、
前記力制御要素が、前記密封構造に結合された少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素が、前記密封構造の少なくとも一部の伸長の量を制限するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの伸長制限要素が、前記弾性要素の第1の量の伸長を許容する第1の状態から前記弾性要素の第2の量の伸長を許容する第2の状態に変化するように構成された、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの伸長制限要素が、前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間の一つ又は複数の中間状態に変化することができ、前記一つ又は複数の中間状態が、前記第1の量と前記第2の量との間の中間の量の伸長を許容する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの伸長制限要素が、少なくとも1つの細長い要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの細長い要素が、その長軸に沿って最大長さまで伸長でき、かつ制限距離を越えた前記密封構造の伸長を防止する、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性要素が、前記伸張状態に伸長するように構成されるとともに、前記伸長状態から伸長の方向とは反対方向に収縮するように構成され、前記密封構造が、前記弾性要素の収縮の量を制限する少なくとも1組の収縮制限構造を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性要素が、前記弾性要素に力を加えて前記弾性要素を伸長させることができる複数のタブを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性要素が、前記組織外傷部の領域の近くの組織に直接取り付けられると、前記組織外傷部の領域の近くの組織に力を加えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造が、前記弾性要素の少なくとも一部分によって離されたプルタブおよび中心軸を有し、
前記少なくとも一つの伸長制限要素が非弾性部材を有し、
前記非弾性部材が、前記中心軸に取り付けられた第1の端部と前記プルタブに取り付けられた第2の端部とを有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムが、前記密封された空間内に配置される接触層を有し、
前記接触層が、前記組織外傷部の領域に直に接触するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムが、前記組織外傷部の領域の近くの組織に前記弾性要素から加えられる力を制御するように構成された少なくとも一つの力制御要素を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織外傷部の領域の近くの組織に前記弾性要素から加えられる力を制御するように構成された少なくとも一つの力制御要素と、
前記密封された空間内に配置され、前記組織外傷部に直に接触するように構成された接触層を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 創傷処置システムであって、
組織外傷部の領域の周囲を密封するように構成された密封構造と、
導管と前記組織外傷部の領域との間を連通するように構成された収集通路とを備え、
前記密封構造が、
前記組織外傷部の領域の近くに取り付けられるとともに、前記組織外傷部の領域に力を加え、それにより前記組織外傷部の領域の張力を緩和するように構成された弾性要素と、
前記弾性要素の伸長量を制限することによって、前記組織外傷部の領域にかかる力を制御するように構成された力制御装置を有する、システム。 - 前記力制御装置が、前記弾性要素に連結された伸長制限装置を有し、
前記伸張制限装置が、前記弾性要素の少なくとも一部の伸長量を制限するように構成された、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記伸長制限要素が、前記弾性要素の第1の量の伸長を許容する第1の状態から前記弾性要素の第2の量の伸長を許容する第2の状態に変化するように構成された、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長制限要素が、前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間の一つ又は複数の中間状態に変化することができ、前記一つ又は複数の中間状態が、前記第1の量の伸長と前記第2の量の伸長との間の中間の量の伸長を許容する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長制限要素が、少なくとも1つの細長い要素を備え、前記少なくとも1つの細長い要素が、その長軸に沿って最大長さまで伸長でき、かつ制限距離を越えた前記弾性要素の伸長を防止する、請求項14記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性要素が、伸張状態に伸長するように構成されるとともに、前記伸長状態から伸長の方向とは反対方向に収縮するように構成され、前記密封構造が、前記弾性要素の収縮の量を制限する少なくとも1組の収縮制限構造を備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造が、使用者が把持して前記弾性要素に力を加えて前記弾性要素を伸長させることができる複数のタブを備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造に取り外し可能に連結された保持構造を有し、
前記保持構造が、前記密封構造に結合されたときに前記弾性要素を伸長した状態に維持する、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記保持構造は、前記密封構造に剛性を付与するように構成された複数のリブを有する、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記弾性要素が、伸張状態に伸長するように構成されるとともに、前記伸長状態から収縮するように構成され、前記保持構造を前記密封構造から取り外すことができ、前記保持構造の取り外しにより、前記弾性要素が伸長状態から収縮することができる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムを前記組織外傷部の領域に送達するシステム送達装置をさらに備え、前記システム送達装置が、前記密封構造に結合され、前記システム送達装置が、前記組織外傷部の軸に対して横断方向に向けられた複数の横断方向の装置を備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記横断方向の装置が、前記密封構造の第1の領域を変位させるように構成されている、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記密封構造が、前記弾性要素の少なくとも一部分によって離されたプルタブおよび中心軸を有し、
前記力制御装置が伸長制限要素を有し、前記伸長制限要素が非弾性部材を含み、
前記非弾性部材が、前記中心軸に取り付けられた第1の端部と前記プルタブに取り付けられた第2の端部とを有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムはさらに、前記密封構造に結合された収集構造を有し、
前記密封構造と前記収集構造とが協働して、前記組織外傷部に連通した導管を形成するように構成されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
