Claims (6)
- 正極と負極とが袋状のセパレータを介して積層された蓄電装置であって、
前記セパレータは、少なくとも前記正極と前記負極のうちの一方の電極の活物質層が形成された部分を包むと共に、前記電極のタブが突出する開口を有し、
前記タブは、前記セパレータ内に位置する第1の部分及び前記セパレータから突出する第2の部分を有し、
前記セパレータに包まれた前記電極の全てにおいて、
前記第1の部分は、折り返しを有さず、
前記第2の部分は、積層方向の両方向に折り返しを有し、
それぞれの前記折り返しにおける折り目の先端は、前記積層方向において前記セパレータの端部より外側に位置する、蓄電装置。 - 前記セパレータで包まれる前記電極は、前記正極と前記負極のうちの活物質層の硬い電極である、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記セパレータで包まれる前記電極は、前記正極である、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 正極と負極とが袋状のセパレータを介して積層された蓄電装置の製造方法であって、
前記セパレータは、少なくとも、前記正極と前記負極のうち一方の電極の活物質層が形成された部分を包むと共に、前記電極のタブが突出する開口を有し、
前記タブは、前記セパレータ内に位置する第1の部分及び前記セパレータから突出する第2の部分を有し、
前記セパレータで包まれた前記一方の電極と他方の電極とを積層する積層工程と、
前記タブの前記第2の部分において、前記電極の積層方向の両方向に折り返しを形成する折り返し形成工程と、
前記一方の電極の前記タブを導電部材に溶接し、前記他方の電極の前記タブを他の導電部材に溶接する溶接工程と、を備え、
前記折り返し形成工程では、それぞれの前記折り返しの折り目の先端が、前記積層方向において前記セパレータの端部より外側に位置するように前記タブを折り曲げ、
前記折り返し形成工程は、前記積層工程と前記溶接工程との間に行われる、蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記セパレータで包まれる前記電極は、前記正極と前記負極とのうち、活物質層が硬い方の電極である、請求項4に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記セパレータで包まれる前記電極は、前記正極である、請求項5に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
