Description
Claims (17)
- ウエハ型電磁流量センサであって、
1対の面及び複数の電気的導体を通過させるための単一開口部を有し、各面は金属シーリングリングと係合するように構成された構造を備えている一体型のシャーシ;
一体型のシャーシの直径内に備えられた非導電性のライナー;
一体型のシャーシの1対の面の間に延在し、非導電性のライナーによって絶縁された流管;
流管を通って流れるプロセス流体内に磁束を生成するように構成された複数の電磁コイル;
プロセス流体に電気的に結合するように構成された1対の電極;及び
一体型のシャーシの単一開口部内に配置され且つ単一開口部をシーリングするとともに、複数の電気的導体がそれを通過することを可能にするように構成されたフィードスルーアセンブリ;
を含む、ウエハ型電磁流量センサ。 - 一体型のシャーシは、炭素鋼の一体型品として鋳造されている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 一体型のシャーシの1対の面に備えられた各構造は、金属シーリングリングを受け取るように構成された溝である、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 溝の各々は、テーパが付けられた側面及び平坦な底を備えている、請求項3に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 非導電性のライナーは、非導電性材料で形成された成形体であり、及び流管は、非導電性のライナーによって形成される請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 複数の電磁コイルは、非導電性のライナー内に埋設されている、請求項5に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 1対の電極は、非導電性のライナー内に埋設されている、請求項5に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 非導電性のライナーは、プラスチックで形成されている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 非導電性のライナーは、ポリウレタンで形成されている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 非導電性のライナーは、アジプレンで形成されている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 一体型のシャーシの単一開口部は、実質的に直角で流管に面している、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- フィードスルーアセンブリは、ガラス化ヘッダを備えている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 一体型のシャーシの1対の面は、非導電性のライナーと係合する継ぎ手チャネルを備えている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 一体型のシャーシの1対の面は、1対の金属シーリングリングを介して、1対のパイプフランジに結合されている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- フィードスルーアセンブリは、プロセス変数送信機に結合されている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 1対の電極は、曲がった通路を介してフィードスルーアセンブリに結合されている、請求項1に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
- 更に、非導電性のライナーの外側に配置され、且つ複数の電磁コイルからの磁束を流管内に向けるように配置された電磁鋼板リングを備えている、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のウエハ型電磁流量センサ。
