Description

(i)ユーザが、吐出されるべき薬剤の用量を設定することを可能にする設定手段、
(ii)設定された用量を吐出するために、薬剤吐出手段を解放するための作動手段、及び
(iii)作動手段に結合された機械的エネルギー蓄積ユニットであって、解放の際に、駆動力を発生し、作動手段が作動された場合に、この駆動力によって吐出手段を駆動して、設定された用量を吐出させる、機械的エネルギー蓄積ユニットを備え、
吐出手段は、設定された用量の吐出の間に注射装置の別の部品に対して相対的に移動する投薬部材を画定するものであって、相対的な移動の範囲は、吐出される薬剤の用量を表わす。
Claims (15)
- 容器(10)における薬剤の設定用量を設定し、かつ設定された前記薬剤の設定用量を前記容器(10)から吐出するように構成された注射装置(100)、及び前記注射装置(100)からの薬剤の吐出に関するデータを取得するように構成された電子的に制御された用量取得手段(20)を備える、医療用注射システムであって、前記注射装置(100)は、
ハウジング(110、120、130、140)と、
前記容器(10)から薬剤の用量を吐出するための吐出手段(101)とを備え、前記吐出手段(101)は、
(i)ユーザが吐出されるべき薬剤の用量を設定することを可能にする設定手段(200、250、400)、
(ii)前記吐出手段を解放して、前記設定された用量を吐出させる作動手段(300)、及び
(iii)前記作動手段(300)に結合された機械的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット(560)であって、解放の際に、駆動力を発生し、前記作動手段(300)の作動時に前記吐出手段を駆動して、前記設定された用量を吐出させる、機械的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット(560)を備え、
前記吐出手段(101)は、前記設定された用量の吐出の間に前記注射装置(100)の別の部品に対して相対的に移動する投薬部材(350、500)を画定していて、相対的な移動の範囲は、吐出される薬剤の量を表し、
前記電子的に制御された用量取得手段(20)は、用量センサ(20d)を備え、前記用量センサ(20d)は、前記投薬部材(350)による前記相対的な移動を感知して、前記設定された用量の吐出の間に前記投薬部材(350、500)の前記相対的な移動の範囲を表すデータを取得するように構成され、
前記電子的に制御された用量取得手段(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられるように構成された用量取得ユニット(20)として設けられ、
前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられたときに、前記吐出手段(101)に結合して、前記機械的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット(560)によって発生される駆動力に抗する反力を発生し、前記設定された用量の吐出の間、前記投薬部材(350、500)の相対的な移動の速度を制限する、医療用注射システム。 - 前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記用量センサ(20d)を収容する本体(20k)を画定し、前記用量取得ユニット(20)の前記本体(20k)は、前記注射装置(100)に解放可能に取り付けることができる、請求項1に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記注射装置(100)は、前記用量取得ユニット(20)が前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられていないときに、前記注射装置(100)から吐出される用量を設定し、設定された用量を吐出することが、ユーザ側で可能となるように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り外し不可能に取り付けられて、前記注射装置に統合された部品を形成する、請求項1に記載の医療用注射システム。

- 前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられたときに、前記吐出手段(101)の部品と機械的又は磁気的に係合する、1以上の部品(20a、20b、20c)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられたときに、前記注射装置(100)の前記投薬部材(350、500)と機械的に係合する、1以上の部品(20a、20b、20c)を備える、請求項7に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記注射装置(100)の前記投薬部材(350、500)は、設定された用量の吐出の間に、回転動作を実行する部品である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記用量取得ユニット(20)は、前記注射装置(100)に取り付けられたときに、前記反力を提供するための速度制限機構を画定し、前記速度制限機構は、摩擦速度制限器、慣性速度制限器、流体速度制限器、渦電流速度制限器、及び遠心速度制限器から成る群から選択される、速度制限機構のうちの1以上を組み込んでいる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記注射装置(100)の前記容器(10)は、カートリッジの吐出端部に向かって遠位側に移動可能なピストン(13)を有する円筒形状の前記カートリッジであり、前記カートリッジの中央長手方向の軸は第1の軸を画定し、前記投薬部材(350、500)は、前記第1の軸に関して間隔を空けられた第2の軸の周りに回転可能であり、かつ前記用量取得ユニットは、前記装置の前記ハウジング(110、120、130、140)の遠位端において前記注射装置に取り付けられる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記用量取得ユニット(20)が、前記注射装置(100)の前記ハウジング(110、120、130、140)に取り付けられたときに、前記注射装置(100)及び前記用量取得ユニット(20)を組み合わせて画定される機構によって画定される外側ハウジングは、前記用量取得ユニット(20)の部品によって画定される遠位接面を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記機械的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット(560)は、エネルギーを蓄えるように歪まされたスプリング装置であり、かつ蓄えられた前記エネルギーは、前記作動手段(300)の作動に際して、前記設定された用量を吐出するために前記吐出手段(101)を駆動するように解放される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記設定手段は移動可能な投与セレクター(200)を備え、かつ前記スプリング装置(560)は、前記投与セレクター(200)が用量をダイヤルアップするために作動されたときに、歪まされる、請求項13に記載の医療用注射システム。
- 前記機械的エネルギー貯蔵ユニット(560)は、前記容器(10)の利用可能な内容物の全体を吐出するために、前記吐出手段(101)を駆動するのに十分なエネルギーを備える、請求項13に記載の医療用注射システム。
