Description
MGAをベースとするジエステルは、単独でか又はESAをベースとするジエステルとの混合物として、化学工業の環境において有望な将来を有する。それは、フタレートをベースとする可塑剤に取って代わることができる可塑化特性を有する可塑剤であり、フタレートを欠いている。それは、ポリアミドの、コンクリートの、ポリエステルの、ポリウレタンの、塩化ビニル樹脂の、エチレン/酢酸ビニルコポリマーの、ゴムの、マスチック樹脂の又はそれらの混合物の調製/調合のために、完全に単独でか又は他の可塑剤との混合物として、可塑剤の代替品として使用することができる。
ジエステルは、二酸中間体を伴って、ジニトリルからか、直接に二酸からかのどちらかで得られる。
70重量%〜95重量%のメチルグルタル酸ジエステルと;
5重量%〜30重量%のエチルコハク酸ジエステルと;
0重量%〜10重量%のアジピン酸ジエステルと
を含む混合物を含む。
95重量%〜100重量%のメチルグルタル酸ジエステルと、
0重量%〜5重量%のエチルコハク酸ジエステルと
を含む混合物を含む。
酸の存在下でのジニトリル化合物の加水分解反応中に、二酸及び硫酸水素アンモニウム塩が形成される。後者は、別の分子のアンモニアとの反応により硫酸アンモニウムの形態で有価で回収することができる。
エステル化による可塑剤の合成のための一般的な手順
触媒、例えば硫酸を、底部で抜き取るためのシステムを、攪拌システムを、窒素入口を、温度計を、ディーン・スターク(Dean and Stark)装置を、真空を提供するためのポンプをならびに冷却及び加熱システムを備えた滴下漏斗を備えた1000mlジャケット付き反応器に80℃で添加し、滴加漏斗によって、その化学量論が1:2である、酸及びアルコールが添加される。反応は、反応が進行するにつれて水を除去しながら140℃で行われる。窒素でのストリッピングはしたがって、その除去及びディーン・スターク装置でのその回収を促進する。共生成する水の量を完全に集めたらすぐに、温度を140℃よりも上に上昇させ、圧力を、過剰のアルコールを除去するために下げる。反応媒体をその後、塩化ナトリウム溶液で数回そして、終わりに、脱塩水で洗浄する。残存触媒を炭酸ナトリウムで中和する。チャコールを通すことによる脱色の段階は、媒体の着色のレベルに応じて実施することができる。ジエステルを含む有機相をその後、蒸留によって精製し、脱色する。純粋な、無色のジエステルがこうして、良好な収率で得られる。
異なる調合物のもとでPVC樹脂とともに試験のために使用される可塑剤を全て、表2にまとめる。
表2にリストされた各可塑剤は、23℃の温度で中速ミキサー型のミキサーを用いて、下表3による透明な調合物を製造することを可能にする。
表6に対応する発泡体調合物を、中速型のミキサーにおいて表2の各可塑剤を使って製造した。
Claims (9)
- Rが、シクロペンチル若しくはシクロヘキシルから選択される5〜6個の炭素原子の置換若しくは非置換シクロアルキル又はベンジル、フェニルから選択されるアリール、及びそれらの異性体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- Rが、n−ブチル、t−ブチル、n−ペンチル、n−ヘキシル、n−ヘプチル、n−オクチル、エチルヘキシル、イソオクチル、n−ノニル、イソノニル、n−デシル又はイソデシルから選択される4〜10個の炭素原子を有する分岐若しくは非分岐アルキルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 安定剤、充填剤、顔料、殺生物剤、カーボンブラック、接着促進剤、粘度低下剤、チキソトロピー剤、増粘剤、発泡剤、分散剤又は他の添加剤から選択される1つ以上の化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記可塑剤が、フタレート、アジペート、ベンゾエート、トリグリセリド又は他のポリマーから選択される1つ以上の化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 玩具、フィルム、シート、可撓性パイプ、コーティング、ケーブル、床タイル、特にビニルベースのもの、合成皮革、接着剤及びインクから選択される物品を製造するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- ドライブレンディング又は押出プロセスによる物品の製造のための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- ペースト、フィルム又は発泡体タイプのプラスチゾルの製造のための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
