Description
Claims (10)
- 真空容器であって、
シェル係止部を有する連続表面層を含むシェルと、
ライナー係止部を有する連続表面層を含むライナーであって、前記ライナー係止部及び前記シェル係止部が、前記シェル及び前記ライナーを噛合する、ライナーと、
前記シェルの前記連続表面層に結合されたパネルであって、前記パネルならびに前記噛合されたシェル及びライナーの前記連続表面層により画定される空洞を形成する、パネルと、
前記シェルの前記連続表面層と前記ライナーの前記連続表面層との間の界面に沿って配置された第1のシーラント層及び第2のシーラント層であって、少なくとも前記第1のシーラント層が、前記空洞が前記空洞の外の周囲圧力に対する不完全真空を維持することを可能とするように、前記シェル係止部と前記ライナー係止部との間の界面に沿って連続的に配置されている、第1のシーラント層及び第2のシーラント層と、を備える、真空容器。 - ライナー係止部が、陥凹を画定し、前記シェル係止部が、前記陥凹の少なくとも一部の中に突出して、前記ライナー係止部及び前記シェル係止部を噛合する突起を画定している、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- シェル係止部が、陥凹を画定し、前記ライナー係止部が、前記陥凹の少なくとも一部の中に突出して、前記ライナー係止部及び前記シェル係止部を噛合する突起を画定している、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記陥凹及び前記突起が、前記ライナー係止部及び前記シェル係止部が噛合するように異なる少なくとも1つの寸法を含む各々の寸法を有する、請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載の真空容器。
- 前記パネルが、前記シェルの一体部分から形成される、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記噛合されたシェル及びライナーが、前記真空容器の全周に沿って連続的に延びる係止界面を形成する、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記第1のシーラント層及び第2のシーラント層が、シーラント、接着剤、封止テープ、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記パネル、前記シェルの前記連続表面層、及び前記ライナーの前記連続表面層が、気体不透過性である、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記第2のシーラント層が、前記シェルの前記連続表面層と前記ライナーの前記連続表面層との間の容積の一部において、前記シェルの前記連続表面層と前記ライナーの前記連続表面層との間の前記界面の長さに沿って連続的に配置された、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
- 前記第2のシーラント層が、前記空洞において、前記シェルの前記連続表面層と前記ライナーの前記連続表面層との間の前記界面の長さに沿って連続的に配置された、請求項1に記載の真空容器。
