Description
前記のような実施例1ないし実施例80及び比較例1ないし比較例7により製造された有機電気発光素子に順バイアス直流電圧を加えてフォトリサーチ(photoresearch)社のPR-650で電気発光(EL)特性を測定し、その測定結果、5000cd/m2の基準輝度でマックサイエンス社で製造された寿命測定装置によってT95寿命を測定した。下記表5は、素子作製と評価した結果を示す。

Claims (12)
- 下記式2で表される化合物:
前記式2において、
R1 からR5は互いに独立に、重水素;ハロゲン;シアノ基;ニトロ基;C6−C60のアリール基;フルオレニル基;O、N、S、Si及びPのうち、少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基;C3−C60の脂肪族環とC6−C60の芳香族環との縮合環基;C1−C50のアルキル基;C2−C20のアルケニル基;C2−C20のアルキニル基;C1−C30のアルコキシ基;−L’−N(R’)(R”);及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれ、隣接するR1同士、隣接するR3同士、隣接するR4同士、又は隣接するR5同士互いに結合して環を形成していてもよく、l、n及びpはそれぞれ0−4の整数であり、mは0又は1の整数であり、oは0−3の整数であり、
XはO、S、C(R6)(R7)、Si(R8)(R9)、又はSeであり、
ZはN−(L2−Ar2)、O、S、C(R10)(R11)、Si(R12)(R13)、又はSeであり、
Ar1及びAr2は互いに独立に、水素;重水素;ハロゲン;C6−C60のアリール基;フルオレニル基;O、N、S、Si及びPのうち、少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基;C3−C60の脂肪族環とC6−C60の芳香族環との縮合環基;C1−C50のアルキル基;C2−C20のアルケニル基;C2−C20のアルキニル基;C1−C30のアルコキシ基;C6−C60のアリールオキシル基、及び−L’−N(R’)(R”);からなる群より選ばれ、
L1、L2及びL’は互いに独立に、単結合;C6−C60のアリーレン基;フルオレニレン基;O、N、S、Si及びPからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基;及びC3−C60の脂肪族環とC6−C60の芳香族環との縮合環基;脂肪族炭化水素基;及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれ、
R 6 からR13は互いに独立に、水素;重水素;C6−C24のアリール基;C1−C50のアルキル基;C2−C20のアルケニル基;C1−C30のアルコキシ基;及びこれらの組み合わせ;からなる群より選ばれ、R6とR7 同士、R8とR9 同士、R10とR11 同士、又はR12とR13同士互いに結合してスピロ化合物を形成していてもよく、
前記R’及びR”は互いに独立に、C6−C30のアリール基;フルオレニル基;O、N、S、Si及びPのうち、少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含むC2−C30のヘテロ環基;C3−C60の脂肪族環とC6−C60の芳香族環との縮合環基;C1−C50のアルキル基;C2−C20のアルケニル基;及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれ、
前記各記号がアリール基、フルオレニル基、ヘテロ環基、縮合環基、アルキル基、アルケニル基、アルコキシ基、アリールオキシル基、アリーレン基、フルオレニレン基又は脂肪族炭化水素である場合には、これらのそれぞれは、互いに独立に、重水素;ハロゲン;シラン基;シロキサン基;ホウ素基;ゲルマニウム基;シアノ基;ニトロ基;C1−C20のアルキルチオ基;C1−C20のアルコキシ基;C1−C20のアルキル基;C2−C20のアルケニル基;C2−C20のアルキニル基;C6−C20のアリール基;重水素で置換されたC6−C20のアリール基;フルオレニル基;O、N、S、Si及びPからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含むC2−C20のヘテロ環基;C3−C20のシクロアルキル基;C7−C20のアリールアルキル基;C8−C20のアリールアルケニル基;アリールアミン基及びヘテロアリールアミン基からなる群より選ばれた1つ以上の置換基で更に置換されていてもよい。 - 前記式2は下記式4から式7のうちのいずれか1つで表される、請求項1に記載の化合物:
前記式4から式7において、各記号は請求項1における定義と同様である。 - l、m及びnが全て0である、請求項1又は2に記載の化合物。
- oとpはいずれも0であるか;又はoとpはそれぞれ2以上の整数であり、隣接するR4同士、又は隣接するR5同士互いに結合して環を形成していてもよい、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- XはS又はOである、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。
- 下記化合物のうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化合物:
。 - 第1電極、第2電極、及び前記第1電極と第2電極との間に位置する有機物層を含む有機電気素子において、
前記有機物層は請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の化合物を含有することを特徴とする有機電気素子。 - 前記有機物層の正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光補助層、発光層、電子輸送補助層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層のうち、少なくとも1つに前記化合物が含まれ、前記化合物が1種の単独でまたは2種以上の混合物として含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電子素子。
- 前記第1電極と第2電極の一面のうちの前記有機物層と反対となる少なくとも一面に形成される光効率改善層を更に含む請求項7又は請求項8に記載の有機電気素子。
- 前記有機物層はスピンコーティング工程、ノズルプリンティング工程、インクジェットプリンティング工程、スロットコーティング工程、ディップコーティング工程又はロールツーロール工程によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の有機電気素子。
- 請求項7〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の有機電気素子を含むディスプレイ装置;及び
前記ディスプレイ装置を駆動する制御部;を含む電子装置。 - 前記有機電気素子は、有機電気発光素子、有機太陽電池、有機感光体、有機トランジスタ、及び単色又は白色照明用素子のうち、少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電子装置。
