Description
以下、実施形態に係る外装部材付電線及び外装部材について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る外装部材付電線10を示す平面図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿って切断した断面図である。図3は、図1のIII−III線に沿って切断した断面図である。図4は、実施形態に係る外装部材20を示す展開図である。
ここで、外装部材付電線10の製造方法及び曲げられた際の外装部材20の動作について説明する。
実施形態において、スリット26は、幅がないものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。図6に示す外装部材120Bのように、スリット126は幅のあるものであってもよい。これにより、スリット126が開く量が多くなり、曲げやすくなる。また、この場合、本体部22の一部が切り欠かれるため、軽量化を図ることができる。
実施形態において、スリット26は、延在方向に連続するものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。図7に示す外装部材220Bのように、スリット226は、いわゆるミシン目のように複数の小さいスリット226aが不連続で延在方向に並ぶように形成されていてもよい。この場合、筒状にされた外装部材を曲げようとすると、各スリット226aが開く又は閉じるように変形することで、外装部材が曲げ容易となる。
実施形態において、スリット26の延在方向が本体部22の巻始め部分22aと巻終わり部分22bとを結ぶ方向と一致するもの、つまり電線12の延在方向に直交するものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。図8に示す外装部材320Bのように、スリット326は、電線12の延在方向と直交以外の方向に交差するものであってもよい。この場合、スリット326は、延在方向の異なる複数の小スリットが組み合わされることによってV字状又はZ字状等のジグザグ状に形成されていてもよい。
実施形態において、スリット26は、曲部巻付部23における巻始め部分22aと巻終わり部分22bとの間の中間部分に形成されるものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。図9に示す外装部材420Bのように、スリット426は、巻始め部分22a及び巻終わり部分22bの少なくとも一方の端縁部に形成されていてもよい。図9に示す例では、スリット426は、巻始め部分22a及び巻終わり部分22bの両方の端縁部にそれぞれ形成されている。スリット426は、本体部22をV字状に切り欠くことで形成されているが、スリット426の形状はこれに限られない。例えば、スリット26のように、切り欠かずに切れ目を入れるだけの場合もあり得る。
実施形態において、外装部材20が1枚のシート状部材を材料として形成されているものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。図10に示す外装部材520Bのように、外装部材520Bは、シート状部材が複数重ねられた状態に形成されていてもよい。この場合、複数のシート状部材それぞれの対応する位置にスリット526が形成されていることが考えられる。この際、予めスリット526が形成された複数のシート状部材が重ねられてもよい。また、複数のシート状部材それぞれにスリット526が形成されていない状態で重ねられた後、重ねられた複数のシート状部材にまとめてスリット526を形成してもよい。この場合、重ねあわされる複数のシート状部材は、同じ種類の部材であってもよいし、別の種類の部材であってもよい。重ねあわされる複数のシート状部材が別の種類の部材である場合、例えば、フィルム状部材と不織布との組み合わせが考えられる。
実施形態において、外装部材20を構成するシート状部材が不織布のうちスパンボンド不織布21であるものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。シート状部材は、例えば、ニードルパンチ不織布等、スパンボンド不織布21以外の不織布であってもよいし、織布又はニット等、不織布以外の部材であってもよい。また、それらの複合材料であってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 曲がった状態で配設される曲部と、前記曲部に連なり直線状に配設される直線状部とを含む電線と、
シート状に形成され、前記電線のうち前記曲部に巻付けられる曲部巻付部と前記直線状部に巻付けられる直線状部巻付部とを有する本体部を含み、前記曲部巻付部と前記直線状部巻付部とのうち前記曲部巻付部にのみ前記本体部のうち巻始め部分と巻終わり部分とを結ぶ方向を含む方向に沿ってスリットが形成されている外装部材と、
を備える、外装部材付電線。 - 請求項1に記載の外装部材付電線であって、
前記スリットは、前記巻始め部分と前記巻終わり部分との間の中間部分に形成されている、外装部材付電線。 - 請求項2に記載の外装部材付電線であって、
前記スリットは、前記電線周りに1周以上形成されている、外装部材付電線。 - 請求項3に記載の外装部材付電線であって、
前記本体部は、前記電線周りに2周以上巻付けられ、
前記スリットは、前記本体部のうち前記巻始め部分から前記巻終わり部分に向けて少なくとも1周隔てた位置から前記巻終わり部分に向けて、少なくとも一部が外部に露出する態様で形成されている、外装部材付電線。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の外装部材付電線であって、
前記外装部材は、シート状部材が複数重ねられた状態に形成され、前記シート状部材それぞれの対応する位置に前記スリットが形成されている、外装部材付電線。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の外装部材付電線であって、
前記外装部材は、不織布を材料として形成されている、外装部材付電線。
