Claims (3)
- シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記ピストンの前記シリンダに対する移動によって液体が行き来する一方室と他方室とを有する緩衝器本体と、
前記一方室と前記他方室とを連通する減衰通路と、
前記減衰通路に並列されて前記一方室と前記他方室とを連通するバイパス通路と、
前記減衰通路を開閉する減衰弁と、
前記バイパス通路の一部を形成するポートを有するプレートと、
前記プレートに設けられ前記ポートを開閉する板状の開閉弁と、
前記開閉弁が前記ポートを閉じた際に前記開閉弁の外周側で前記ポートの一部が開放されて形成されるオリフィスとを備え、
前記オリフィスおよび前記開閉弁が前記バイパス通路に並列に設けられ、
前記開閉弁の開弁圧は前記減衰弁の開弁圧よりも低い
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記減衰通路は、一方の減衰通路と他方の減衰通路を有し、
前記減衰弁は、前記一方の減衰通路を開閉する一方の減衰弁と前記他方の減衰通路を開閉する他方の減衰弁を有し、
前記オリフィスは、前記バイパス通路に設けた一方のオリフィスと他方のオリフィスとを有し、
前記開閉弁は、前記一方のオリフィスに並列に設けた一方の開閉弁と、前記他方のオリフィスに並列に設けた他方の開閉弁とを有し、
前記一方の開閉弁の開弁圧は、前記一方の減衰弁の開弁圧よりも低く、
前記他方の開閉弁の開弁圧は、前記他方の減衰弁の開弁圧よりも低い
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記ポートは、前記プレートに設けられ前記バイパス通路の一部を形成する一方のポートと、前記プレートに設けられ前記バイパス通路の一部を形成する他方のポートとを有し、
前記プレートの一端側に積層されて前記一方のポートを開閉する板状の前記一方の開閉弁と、
前記プレートの他端側に積層されて前記他方のポートを開閉する板状の前記他方の開閉弁と、
前記一方の開閉弁で前記一方のポートを閉じた際に前記一方の開閉弁の外周側で前記一方のポートの一部を開放して前記一方のオリフィスを形成し、
前記他方の開閉弁で前記他方のポートを閉じた際に前記他方の開閉弁の外周側で前記他方のポートの一部を開放して前記他方のオリフィスを形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の緩衝器。
