Claims (3)
- 車体と車輪との間に設けられるショックアブソーバと、
前記ショックアブソーバのロッドの先端に取り付けられるアッパーマウントと、
前記ショックアブソーバの外周面に取り付けられるスプリングガイドと、
前記スプリングガイドと前記アッパーマウントとの間に設けられ、前記車体を弾性支持するコイルスプリングと、
前記コイルスプリングと前記スプリングガイドとの間に設けられ円弧状または円環状に形成されるラバーシートと、を備え、
前記ラバーシートは、
前記スプリングガイドに窪むように形成された円環状の取付部に嵌合され、前記コイルスプリングを支持する本体部と、
前記本体部の内周及び外周の側面からそれぞれ径方向に向かって突出するように形成され、前記スプリングガイドに当接して前記本体部と前記取付部との間への異物の侵入を防止するリップと、を備え、
前記スプリングガイドは、前記アッパーマウント側に突出するように形成される突出部と、前記取付部の径方向外側に形成される円環状の外縁部と、を備え、
前記リップは、
前記本体部の内周側の側面から径方向内側に突出するように形成される内周側リップと、
前記本体部の外周側の側面から径方向外側に突出するように形成される外周側リップと、を備え、
前記内周側リップ及び前記外周側リップは、前記コイルスプリングが伸縮してもそれぞれ前記突出部の上面及び前記外縁部の上面を覆うようにして前記突出部及び前記外縁部に当接していることを特徴とするサスペンション装置。 - 前記リップは、前記本体部の少なくとも内周または外周の一方の全周にわたって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記ラバーシートは、前記本体部の内周側に立設され前記コイルスプリングの内周を支持する立ち上がり部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のサスペンション装置。
