Description

−香り付き二酸化炭素または香り付き窒素を前記希釈剤に通して案内することによって、前記希釈剤を処理し、飲料の第1の成分を形成するステップと、
−麦芽ベース飲料濃縮物である第2の成分を供給するステップと、
−処理された希釈剤および麦芽ベース飲料濃縮物を容器内に供給し、それによって、消費できる状態の飲料を得るステップと
を含む。
−液体飲料を容器内に供給し、飲料の第2の成分を供給するステップと、
−続いて飲料の第1の成分である泡の輪を前記液体飲料の上に加えるステップであって、前記泡の輪が、その発泡中に、香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素を液体と混合することによって生成されるステップと

−香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素のソースと、
−液体のソースと、
−当該ソースから供給された香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素を、液体ソースから供給された液体と混合して、第1の飲料成分にするための第1の混合手段と、
−第2の飲料成分のソースと、
−第1の飲料成分を第2の飲料成分に加え、供給される麦芽ベース飲料を形成するための供給手段と
を備える。
Claims (9)
- 消費できる状態、およびオントレードまたはオフトレード環境で使用できる状態の容器内に麦芽ベース飲料を供給する方法であって、
−ビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物の液体を二酸化炭素および/または窒素と混合することによって、供給中に、前記供給される飲料の第1の成分を構成するステップと、
−前記第1の成分を少なくとも希釈剤である第2の飲料成分に加え、前記供給される飲料を形成するステップと
を含み、
前記二酸化炭素および/または窒素に香りが付けられることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記二酸化炭素および/または窒素が、
−発酵したホップ風味、
−果実風味、
−ハーブ風味、
−香辛料風味、
−菓子風味
のうちの1つまたは複数を含む風味によって香りが付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の麦芽ベース飲料を供給する方法。 - 前記容器が、グラス、缶または瓶であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の麦芽ベース飲料を供給する方法。
- 麦芽ベース飲料を供給する方法であって、
−希釈剤を供給するステップと、
−ビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物の液体を供給するステップと、
−香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素のソースを設けるステップと、
−前記香り付き二酸化炭素または香り付き窒素を案内することによって、前記ビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物を処理し、前記飲料の第1の成分を形成するステップと、
−希釈剤である第2の飲料成分を供給するステップと、
−前記希釈剤および処理されたビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物を容器内に供給し、それによって、消費できる状態の飲料を得るステップと を含む、方法。 - 前記方法が、
−液体飲料を容器内に供給し、前記飲料の第2の成分を供給するステップと、
−続いて前記飲料の第1の成分である泡の輪を前記液体飲料の上に加えるステップであって、前記泡の輪が、その発泡中に、香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素をビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物と混合することによって生成されるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいづれか一項に記載の麦芽ベース飲料を供給する方法。 - 消費できる状態、およびオントレードまたはオフトレード環境で使用できる状態の容器内に麦芽ベース飲料を供給するための装置であって、少なくとも、
−香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素のソースと、
−液体のソースと、
−当該前記ソースから供給された香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素を、ビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物のソースから供給されたビール濃縮物又は非炭酸ビール濃縮物と混合して、第1の飲料成分にするための第1の混合手段と、
−第2の飲料成分のソースと、
−前記第1の飲料成分を前記第2の飲料成分に加え、供給される麦芽ベース飲料を形成するための供給手段とを備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記装置が、
−風味のソースと、
−二酸化炭素および/または窒素のソースと、
−前記風味のソースと前記二酸化炭素および/または窒素のソースとから供給された前記風味と前記二酸化炭素および/または窒素とを混合するための第2の混合手段と
を備え、
前記混合手段の出力が、香り付き二酸化炭素および/または香り付き窒素のソースを形成する ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の混合手段が、泡である第1の飲料成分を形成するようなものであることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、続いて第2の飲料成分を供給するための手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
