Claims (14)
- 車両システムの健全性の状態を監視するための方法であって、
− ライン検査の最後に様々な負荷状態で前記車両システムの複数のパラメータ値を測定するステップと、
− 識別特徴ファイルに前記パラメータ値を記憶するステップと、
− 所定の時間間隔後に前記識別特徴ファイルに含まれているのと同じ複数のパラメータ値を同様の負荷状態で測定し、追加識別特徴ファイルに記憶するステップと、
− 前記識別特徴ファイルに記憶されている各パラメータ値にそれぞれの予測経年劣化補正値を追加するステップであって、前記予測経年劣化補正値は所定の時間間隔の間の前記システムの予測劣化に相当する値であり、それによって前記システムの時間修正識別特徴ファイルを得るステップと、
− 前記追加識別特徴ファイルに記憶されている各パラメータ値を前記時間修正識別特徴ファイルに記憶されている各パラメータ値と比較するステップと、
− 前記追加識別特徴ファイルに記憶されている各パラメータ値が前記時間修正識別特徴ファイルに記憶されている各パラメータ値から外れている場合にメッセージを発するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記測定されたパラメータ値は、前記測定値の時間に関する情報と共に追加識別特徴ファイルに記憶される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間間隔は1年未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間間隔は1カ月未満である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記所定の時間間隔は通常点検間隔に相当する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記時間間隔は走行距離に依存するものである、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記車両は、燃焼エンジンと電気機械とを含むハイブリッド車である、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記パラメータ値は、前記燃焼エンジンの負荷として作用する前記電気機械で測定される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記パラメータ値は、前記電気機械の負荷として作用する前記燃焼エンジンで測定される、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記車両システムは、ディーゼルエンジン、電気機械、排気後処理システム、冷却システム、又はバッテリのうちの1つである、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記最終ライン検査は、前記車両は供給の準備ができている、生産ラインの終了時に実行される、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記経年劣化補正は、温度、高度、湿度、地理的位置、又は空中の粒子数のうちの1つである、前記車両の外部条件に依存するものである、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行される時、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の全てのステップを実行するためのプログラムコード手段を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータ上で実行される時、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の全てのステップを実行するためにコンピュータ可読媒体上に記憶されたプログラムコード手段を含む、コンピュータプログラム製品。
