以下、図1〜図3を用いて、本発明に係る高圧容器10の第1実施形態について説明する。なお、これらの図において示される矢印FRは車両前後方向前側、矢印OUTは車幅方向外側、矢印UPは車両上下方向上側をそれぞれ示す。
次に、口金22の締結について説明する。図3に示されるように、口金22の締結具32を緩めた状態では、当接部28の押圧部39が突起保持部30のテーパ部58の軸方向内方側に当接すると共に、押圧部34が突起保持部30のテーパ部72の軸方向外方側に当接されている。したがって、締結具32を締結した状態の突起保持部30(図2参照)と比べて突起保持部30が径方向内側に位置している。したがって、口金22を胴体部20の内部へと挿入する際は、当接部28に対する締結具32の締結を、当接部28の鋸歯部60における先端が補強層26の内周面と当接する程度に緩めた状態にすることで、突起保持部30ひいては口金22が胴体部20の内部に挿入可能となる。このとき、突起保持部30は、フランジ部68が補強層26の端面70と当接することでそれ以上の胴体部20の内部への移動が制限される。
図1(A)、(C)に示されるように、上述した構成の第1高圧容器14は、車両幅方向に隣接して複数(本実施形態では9本)配設されている。
次に、本実施形態の作用並びに効果を説明する。
次に、図4を用いて、本発明の第2実施形態に係る高圧容器について説明する。なお、前述した第1実施形態と基本的に同一構成部分については、同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 円筒状に形成されたライナと、当該ライナの外周面に設けられ当該ライナを補強する補強層とを有している胴体部と、
前記胴体部の内部に挿入されると共に、前記ライナの内周面に当接される当接部と、前記胴体部の内部と外部とを連通する連通部と、前記胴体部の径方向外側へ押圧されることで前記補強層に食い込む突起部とを有している口金と、
を備えた高圧容器。 - 前記口金の前記突起部は、前記胴体部の径方向外側に向けて突出されかつ前記補強層に食い込む複数の鋸歯部とされており、当該鋸歯部における前記胴体部の軸方向外方側の面を構成する反力面は、前記胴体部の軸方向と略直交するよう形成されている、
請求項1記載の高圧容器。 - 前記胴体部の前記補強層は、繊維強化樹脂により構成されていると共に、前記補強層における内周面側は、前記繊維強化樹脂内の炭素繊維が前記胴体部の周方向に沿って配列されている、
請求項1又は請求項2記載の高圧容器。 - 前記口金の前記突起部は、前記胴体部の内部からの圧力を受けて前記胴体部の略径方向外側へと変位可能とされている、
請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の高圧容器。 - 前記口金の前記突起部の裏側には、前記胴体部の軸方向の一方側へ向かうに連れて前記胴体部の径方向内側へと傾けられたテーパ部が設けられており、前記口金には、当該テーパ部に当接すると共に前記胴体部の軸方向の前記一方側へ移動しかつ保持される押圧部が設けられている、
請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の高圧容器。 - 前記胴体部の前記ライナは、アルミニウム合金又はナイロン樹脂により構成されている、
