Claims (13)
- 内燃エンジンと、
ギアボックス装置と
を含む自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットであって、
前記ギアボックス装置は、
クラッチ装置によって前記自動車のクランクシャフトに接続され得る少なくとも1つの第1シャフトと、
軸が前記第1シャフトの軸と平行、かつ、前記第1シャフトの軸から離れており、出力ピニオンを支持する少なくとも1つの第2シャフトと、
複数の前進ギア比に対応する複数ペアのギアであって、各ペアの一方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの一方に対して順に強固に接続され、他方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの他方に対して回転自在である、前記複数ペアのギアと、
前記回転自在な複数のギアの夫々を、夫々が設置される前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの夫々に順に連結するための複数のギア選択装置と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは更に、
前記ギアボックス装置の前記第2シャフトの前記出力ピニオンと噛み合う第1冠歯車を有する差動装置と、
電気モータおよび発電機の両方として動作し、前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットの支持構造に強固に接続される筐体と、伝動装置によって前記差動装置の第2冠歯車に接続されるシャフトとを有する電気機械と、
前記接続する伝動装置において、前記電気機械の前記シャフトと前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車との間に配置される係合装置と、
前記係合装置を作動させるためのアクチュエータ手段と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは、
前記電気機械が、前記電気機械の前記シャフトに接続される第1プーリ上、および、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される第2プーリ上に係合されるエンドレスベルトを含むベルト伝動装置によって、前記ギアボックス装置に接続される端部とは反対の前記クランクシャフトの端部で、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される前記シャフトを有し、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットが更に、自動車の1または複数の補助的な装置を含み、
前記ベルト伝動装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフトに対して同軸に配置される補助シャフトによって、前記1または複数の補助的な装置を制御し、
前記1または複数の補助的な装置が、前記電気機械のシャフトに対して同軸に設置され、
前記第2プーリが、更なるベルト伝動装置によって前記1または複数の補助的な装置を制御する第3プーリに順に接続される、
自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。 - 前記補助シャフトは、前記電気機械の前記シャフトに対して同軸に配置され、係合装置によって前記1または複数の補助的な装置に順に接続される管状シャフトであり、前記更なるベルト伝動装置が、前記管状シャフトを制御し、前記1または複数の補助的な装置もまた前記電気機械の前記シャフトに対して同軸に設置される、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記補助シャフトが、係合装置によって前記1または複数の補助的な装置に接続される、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 更なる係合装置が、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトと前記第2プーリとの間に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフトを前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車に接続する前記伝動装置が、ベルト伝動装置によって構成される少なくとも1つの減速機構を含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフトと前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車との間での接続のための前記伝動装置が、前記ベルト伝動装置によって提供される減速機構、および、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車とのギアの噛み合いによって提供される少なくとも1つの更なる減速機構を含む、請求項5に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフトと前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車との間での接続のための前記伝動装置が、前記ベルト伝動装置によって提供される第1減速機構、ならびに、互いに噛み合う複数のギアの2つのペアによって提供される第2減速機構および第3減速機構からなる3つの減速機構を含む、請求項6に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフトが、前記差動装置の2つの出力シャフトの軸と平行、かつ、前記差動装置の2つの出力シャフトの軸から離れて配置される軸を有し、
前記第1減速機構を提供する前記ベルト伝動装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフトに強固に接続される第4プーリを、前記差動装置の前記2つの出力シャフトに対して同軸に設置され、前記差動装置の前記2つの出力シャフトのうちの1つによって軸方向に横切られる中空シャフトに強固に接続される第5プーリに接続し、
前記第2減速機構を提供する複数のギアの前記ペアが、前記中空シャフトに強固に接続される入力ギアと、出力ギアとを含み、
前記第3減速機構を提供する複数のギアの前記ペアが、入力ギアと、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車によって構成される出力ギアと含み、
前記第2減速機構の前記出力ギア、および、前記第3減速機構の前記入力ギアが、同軸で互いに接続される、請求項7に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。 - 前記第2減速機構の前記出力ギア、および、前記第3減速機構の前記入力ギアが、互いに一列に整列されて前記係合装置によって接続され得る2つのシャフトと順に接続される、請求項8に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第2減速機構の前記出力ギア、および、前記第3減速機構の前記入力ギアが、全く同一のシャフトに順に接続される、請求項8に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記伝動装置内において前記電気機械と前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車との間に配置される前記係合装置がクラッチ係合装置であり、前記アクチュエータ手段が、電磁または電油アクチュエータ、および、前記アクチュエータの制御のための電子ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフトを前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車に接続する前記伝動装置が、前記自動車の更なる車軸に接続される伝動シャフトを駆動するためのギアを含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記自動車の前記更なる車軸に接続された前記伝動シャフトを駆動するための前記ギアが、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車と前記係合装置との間に配置される、請求項12に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
