Description
とする。
を所望の角度で容易に固定させることができるものであって、プレート10と、骨ねじ20と、ロック部30とを備える。
ねじ挿入孔12b、12cとの間に設けられている。中間領域は、回転領域にある複数のロック部30間の回転を妨害しないように、プレート10の長さ方向に沿って所定距離離間した大きさを有する。中間領域には、プレート10を貫通する形態で形成されて、頚椎固定装置1の施術状態を容易に把握できるようにする透視孔18、19が設けられる。
術者は、透視孔18、19を介して患部の正確な位置を確認しながらプレート10を患部に覆う。

Claims (6)
- 複数のねじ挿入孔が形成されたプレートと、
前記ねじ挿入孔に挿入されて回転によって骨片にねじ結合される骨ねじと、
前記プレートに回転可能に結合されて前記ねじ挿入孔の上面を開閉するロック部と、
を備え、
前記プレートの上面には、所定深さの段差部が形成され、
前記段差部は、前記ロック部の回転が可能な回転領域が設けられ、
前記回転領域には、前記ロック部が挿入されるようにロック部挿入孔が形成され、
前記段差部に設けられた複数の回転領域間には、前記ロック部の回転を導くように中間領域が設けられ、
前記中間領域には、前記プレートを貫通する透視孔が形成され、
前記ロック部は、前記ロック部の中心から非放射状に突出する複数の固定羽根を含み、
前記ロック部は、回転によって前記固定羽根と前記骨ねじとが重なり合う場合に、前記透視孔には重なり合わないように設けられている頚椎固定装置。 - 前記ロック部は、
前記ロック部挿入孔に挿入される垂直部と、
前記垂直部と一体に結合して前記回転領域に接する水平部と、
前記水平部に形成されて前記回転領域に隣接する2個のねじ挿入孔の上面を同時に開閉する前記複数の固定羽根と、
を備える請求項1に記載の頚椎固定装置。 - 前記複数の固定羽根間の角度は、約120゜である請求項2に記載の頚椎固定装置。
- 前記回転領域に置かれた前記固定羽根は、前記ねじ挿入孔の上面を閉鎖し、前記中間領域に置かれた前記固定羽根は、前記ねじ挿入孔の上面を開放する請求項2に記載の頚椎固定装置。
- 前記垂直部の一端は、前記ロック部挿入孔に挿入された後、前記ロック部の引き出しが防止されるように成形頭部が形成される請求項2に記載の頚椎固定装置。
- 前記水平部には、回転工具と締め付けられて、前記ロック部を回転させ得るように回転孔が形成される請求項2に記載の頚椎固定装置。
