Description
Claims (7)
- 工作機械を使用して機械加工される回転対称のワークピース(2)を支持するためのチャック(1)であって、
チャック本体(3)と、少なくとも3つのクランプジョー(6)と、駆動手段としての電動モータ(12)と、制御ユニット(24)とを備え、
前記チャック本体(3)の端面には、該チャック本体(3)の長手方向軸(4)の方向に延びる少なくとも3つのガイドウェイ(5)がもたらされ、
前記少なくとも3つのクランプジョー(6)が、移動可能なように、前記ガイドウェイ(5)のそれぞれに個々に挿入され、
前記電動モータ(12)は、前記クランプジョー(6)と直接に、又は中間要素(8,11)を介して駆動接続されていて、
前記少なくとも3つのクランプジョー(6)のそれぞれは、割り当てられた電動モータ(12)を有し、
それぞれの電動モータ(12)は、前記チャック本体(3)の内側に配置され、
前記電動モータ(12)は、前記チャック(1)が静止しているときに、プラグソケット接続と電気ケーブルによって電源に電気的に接続され、及び、前記チャック(1)が回転又は停止しているときに、それぞれの電動モータ(12)が誘導装置(21)を介して前記電源に接続され、
前記誘導装置(21)は、前記チャック本体(3)が回転する際に回転するように前記チャック本体(3)に取り付けられた結合部(22)と、前記チャック本体(3)に対し固定されたチャージ部(23)とから構成され、
前記結合部(22)を前記チャージ部(23)から隔てる中断のないエアギャップがあって、前記チャック本体(3)が回転する際に前記中断のないエアギャップを越えて前記チャージ部(23)から前記結合部(22)へ電力を伝えることができ、
前記制御ユニット(24)は、1つ以上の特定のクランプジョー(6)を個々に移動するために、前記電動モータ(12)の1つ以上を個々に作動するように構成され、それによってチャックが回転する際にチャックにクランプされたワークピース(2)を維持する、
チャック。 - 前記結合部と前記電動モータの間に電気ケーブルが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチャック。
- 前記クランプジョー(6)のそれぞれが、前記チャック本体(3)に面するヘリカルギア(9)を有し、
ウェッジバー(8)が、それぞれのクランプジョー(6)のために前記チャック本体(3)に移動可能なように取り付けられ、
前記ウェッジバー(8)が、前記クランプジョー(6)の前記ヘリカルギア(9)に対応するヘリカルギア(10)を有し、
前記クランプジョー(6)と前記ウェッジバー(8)が、確実に動作するよう合わさって接続され、
前記ウェッジバー(8)は、特定の電動モータ(12)と駆動的に相互作用するねじ付きスピンドル(11)と駆動アクティブ接続であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のチャック。 - 前記クランプジョー(6)のクランプ位置が、力蓄積装置(31)によって達成され、
前記力蓄積装置(31)によって、前記クランプジョー(6)のそれぞれは、前記電動モータ(12)によって特定されるその位置で、ロックされることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のチャック。 - 前記電動モータ(12)の力は、前記力蓄積装置(31)の係止力より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のチャック。
- 前記力蓄積装置(31)は、圧縮コイルばね(32)として構成され、
その蓄えられた力は、前記電動モータ(12)によってもたらされる力と反対方向に向けられること特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のチャック。 - 機械加工される前記ワークピース(2)を収容するために前記チャック本体(3)に通路開口(13)が作られ、
前記通路開口(13)の長手方向軸は、前記チャック本体(3)の長手方向軸と一直線上にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のチャック。
