Description
Claims (14)
- ベクトルベース両心室ペースパルス検出器であって、
プロセッサを有し、前記プロセッサが、
VCG距離特徴を算出し、
第1の心室パルスを見つけ、
VCG角度特徴を算出し、及び
前記VCG距離特徴及び前記VCG角度特徴の少なくとも1つに基づき、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定し、
前記プロセッサは、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するため、低域フィルタのインパルス応答を拒絶する、ベクトルベース両心室ペースパルス検出器。 - 前記プロセッサが更に、ECGデータを受信する、請求項1に記載の検出器。
- 前記プロセッサが更に、前記ECGデータを3次元VCGに変換する、請求項2に記載の検出器。
- 前記プロセッサが更に、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するため、リチャージ波を拒絶する、請求項1に記載の検出器。
- ECGに関する両心室ペースパルスの存在を見つけるシステムであって、
1つ又は複数の心室パルスの開始を見つけるよう構成される非両心室パルス検出器と、
1つの心拍において、2つの分離された心室パルスが存在するかを決定するリードワイズ両心室パルス検出器と、
1つの心拍において、2つの分離された心室パルスが存在しないことを前記リードワイズ両心室パルス検出器が決定する場合、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するよう構成されるベクトルベース両心室パルス検出器とを有する、システム。 - 前記ベクトルベース両心室パルス検出器が、
VCG距離特徴を算出し、
第1の心室パルスを見つけ、
VCG角度特徴を算出し、及び
前記VCG距離特徴及び前記VCG角度特徴の少なくとも1つに基づき、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するよう更に構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記VCG距離特徴及び前記VCG角度特徴の少なくとも1つに基づき、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するよう構成されるパルス分類器を更に有する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記パルス分類器が、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するため、低域フィルタのインパルス応答及びリチャージ波を拒絶するよう構成される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサを含むベクトルベース両心室ペースパルス検出器の作動方法において、前記プロセッサが、
VCG距離特徴を算出するステップと、
第1の心室パルスを見つけるステップと、
VCG角度特徴を算出するステップと、
前記VCG距離特徴及び前記VCG角度特徴の少なくとも1つに基づき、前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するステップとを有し、
前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するため、低域フィルタのインパルス応答が拒絶される、作動方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、ECGデータを得るステップを更に有する、請求項9に記載の作動方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記ECGデータを3次元VCGに変換するステップを更に有する、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
- 前記両心室ペースパルスの存在を決定するため、更にリチャージ波が拒絶される、請求項9に記載の作動方法。
- 前記ECGデータが、心拍につき2つの隣接する心室パルスを含む、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
- 前記ECGデータが、心拍につき2つの部分的に重なる心室パルスを含む、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
