Description
[1]ジエン系ゴムと、ビスマレイミド化合物と、BET法による窒素吸着比表面積が5m2/g以上であり、平均粒径が5μm以上である亜鉛華とを含有することを特徴とする防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
[2]上記亜鉛華をジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1〜10質量部含有する[1]記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
[3]ビスマレイミド化合物が、下記構造式に示したものである[1]又は[2]記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
[式中、x及びyはそれぞれ独立に0〜20のいずれかの整数を示す。R1は炭素数5〜18の芳香族基、又はアルキレン基を含む炭素数7〜24の芳香族基を示す。]
[4]上記ビスマレイミド化合物をジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して0.1〜5質量部含有する[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
[5]さらに硫黄を含有してなる[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
[6][1]〜[5]のいずれかに項記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物を硬化させてなる防振ゴム。
下記表1に示す各成分を混練し、実施例1〜9及び比較例1〜3の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物を得た。得られた各ゴム組成物については、155℃、20分間の条件で加硫硬化させ、硬度(Hd)、引張伸び(Eb)、引張強さ(Tb)、モジュラス(Md)、静バネ定数(Ks)、動倍率(動バネ定数(Kd)/静バネ定数(Ks))及び耐熱性を下記JIS規格に準拠して評価した。なお、硬度(Hd)、引張伸び(Eb)、引張強さ(Tb)及び耐熱性の評価では、上記のゴム組成物から長さ120mm×幅120mm×厚さ2mmのシートを作製し、そこからそれぞれのJIS規格に準拠した試験片を作製した。また、静バネ定数(Ks)及び動倍率(Kd/Ks)の評価では、直径30mm×高さ30mmの円柱状の試料を作製した。
また、上記シートを作製する際、脱型後に成形品及び金型の状態を観察してゴムの焼き付きの有無を確認して加工性を評価した。
評価結果は、表1に示した。
JIS K 6253(タイプA)に準拠して測定した。
・引張伸び(Eb)
JIS K 6251に準拠して測定した。
・引張強さ(Tb)
JIS K 6251に準拠して測定した。
・モジュラス(Md)
JIS K 6251に準拠し、100%モジュラス(Md100)を測定した。
・静バネ定数(Ks)及び動倍率(動バネ定数(Kd)/静バネ定数(Ks))
上記で作製した円柱状の試料について、JIS K 6385に準拠し、静バネ定数(Ks)及び動倍率(動バネ定数(Kd)/静バネ定数(Ks))を算出した。振動周波数は100Hzとした。動倍率が低いほど防振性能に優れることを示す。
・耐熱性
予め静バネ定数(Ks)を算出した試験片に対して、JIS K 6257に準拠して100℃、240時間の条件で加熱処理を実施した後、当該試験片について上記と同様にして静バネ定数(Ks)を算出し、加熱処理前後における静バネ定数(Ks)の変化率を算出した。
・加工性
上記シートの脱型後に成形品及び金型の状態を観察してゴムの焼き付きの有無を確認し、下記基準により加工性を評価した。
○:ゴムの焼き付きがなかった。
△:ゴムの焼き付きがわずかに認められた。
×:ゴムの焼き付きがあった。
・天然ゴム:「RSS#4」
・カーボンブラック:旭カーボン社製のFT級カーボンブラック「アサヒサーマル」、ヨウ素吸着量27mg/g、DBP吸油量28ml/100g
・ステアリン酸:新日本理化社製「ステアリン酸50S」
・亜鉛華A:正同化学社製「活性亜鉛華」、比表面積50m2/g、平均粒径6.5μm
・亜鉛華B:ハクスイテック社製「導電性亜鉛23K」、比表面積7m2/g、平均粒径5.5μm
・亜鉛華C:ハクスイテック社製「3号亜鉛華」、比表面積4m2/g、平均粒径0.9μm
・亜鉛華D:ハクスイテック社製「焼成亜鉛華」、比表面積0.1m2/g、平均粒径9μm
・ワックス:精工化学社製「サンタイトS」
・老化防止剤6C:N−フェニル−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−p−フェニレンジアミン、大内新興化学工業社製「ノクラック6C」
・ナフテンオイル:SUN REFINING AND MARKETING COMPANY製「Sunthene4240」
・硫黄:鶴見化学工業社製「粉末硫黄」
・ビスマレイミド:N,N’−m−フェニレンビスマレイミド、大内新興化学工業社製「バルノックPM」
・加硫促進剤TT:チウラム系加硫促進剤、大内新興化学工業社製「ノクセラーTT」
・加硫促進剤CZ:スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤、大内新興化学工業社製「ノクセラーCZ−G」
Claims (6)
- ジエン系ゴムと、ビスマレイミド化合物と、BET法による窒素吸着比表面積が5m2/g以上であり、平均粒径が5μm以上である亜鉛華とを含有することを特徴とする防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 上記亜鉛華をジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1〜10質量部含有する請求項1記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 上記ビスマレイミド化合物をジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して0.1〜5質量部含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- さらに硫黄を含有してなる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物を硬化させてなる防振ゴム。
