Description
a)25〜95重量%、好ましくは50〜85重量%の少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマー;
b)1〜75重量%、好ましくは1〜40重量%の少なくとも1つの粘着付与性樹脂;
c)0〜15重量%の少なくとも1つの可塑剤;ならびに
d)安定剤、接着促進剤、充填剤もしくは顔料、ワックスおよび/または他のポリマーまたはその組合せから選択される0〜30重量%の少なくとも1つの添加剤および/または助剤を含有するホットメルト接着剤であって、該少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマーは、
a1)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して20〜80重量%の量の<10,000g/molの分子量Mnを有する少なくとも1つの第1ポリオレフィン系ポリマーと、
a2)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して20〜80重量%の量の>10,000g/molの分子量Mnを有する少なくとも1つの第2ポリオレフィン系ポリマーとの混合物であることを特徴とする、ホットメルト接着剤に関する。
以下において、用語「炭化水素樹脂」は「HC樹脂」とも称する。
ガラス転移温度TgはDIN EN 1427に従って測定した。
融解粘度はDIN 53019に従って測定した。
分子量Mnは、上記のように、DIN 55672に従って測定した。
組成に関して以下の成分を含有する接着剤組成物を調製した:
ポリ−α−オレフィン(Mn 5,000g/mol;Tg 96℃;融解粘度2,500mPas) 70.0重量%
ポリ−α−オレフィン(Mn 18,100g/mol;Tg 107℃;融解粘度50,000mPas) 15.0重量%
Escorez 5400(ExxonMobil Chemical)、脂環式HC樹脂 5.0重量%
Polybut 10(Productos Uhpon)、ポリイソブチレン 9.5重量%
Irganox 1010(BASF SE)、酸化防止剤 0.5重量%
ポリ−α−オレフィン(Mn 5,000g/mol;Tg 96℃;融解粘度2,500mPas) 70.0重量%

Polybut 30(Productos Uhpon)、ポリイソブチレン 3.0重量%
Irganox 1010(BASF SE)、酸化防止剤 0.35重量%
Irganox PS 802 FL(BASF SE)、酸化防止剤 0.15重量%
本発明の好ましい態様は以下を包含する。
〔1〕a)25〜95重量%、好ましくは50〜85重量%の少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマー;
b)1〜75重量%、好ましくは1〜40重量%の少なくとも1つの粘着付与性樹脂;
c)0〜15重量%の少なくとも1つの可塑剤;ならびに
d)安定剤、接着促進剤、充填剤もしくは顔料、ワックスおよび/または好ましくは(メタ)アクリル酸エステルである他のポリマー、またはその組合せから選択される0〜30重量%の少なくとも1つの添加剤および/または助剤
を含有する、好ましくはこれらからなるホットメルト接着剤であって、
該少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマーは:
a1)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して20〜80重量%の量の<10,000g/molの分子量M n を有する少なくとも1つの第1ポリオレフィン系ポリマーと、
a2)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して20〜80重量%の量の>10,000g/molの分子量M n を有する少なくとも1つの第2ポリオレフィン系ポリマーとの混合物であることを特徴とする、ホットメルト接着剤。
〔2〕少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマーは、ポリオレフィンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマー、特に、エチレン、プロペンおよび/またはブテンに基づくポリ−α−オレフィン、好ましくはアタクチックポリ−α−オレフィン(APAO)、ならびにエチレン/α−オレフィンおよびプロピレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー、好ましくはエチレンとプロペン、1−ブテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテンとのコポリマーまたはその組合せからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔3〕少なくとも1つの粘着付与性樹脂は、少なくとも1つの完全または部分水添型の炭化水素樹脂および/または少なくとも1つのコロホニー系の天然樹脂またはトール油樹脂またはそのメチル、ペンタエリスリトールもしくはグリセリンエステルを含む樹脂または樹脂混合物であり、該少なくとも1つの完全または部分水添型の炭化水素樹脂は任意に、脂環式の樹脂、芳香族変性樹脂、ポリテルペン、テルペンフェノール系樹脂、1,3−ペンタジエン樹脂、シクロペンタジエン樹脂、2−メチル−2−ブテンコポリマー、または前述のものの誘導体を含有することを特徴とする、〔1〕または〔2〕に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔4〕可塑剤は、ポリ(イソ)ブチレンおよび液状またはペースト状の水添型炭化水素、特に、5,000g/mol未満の分子量M w を有するポリイソブチレンから選択されることを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔5〕少なくとも1つの添加剤および/または助剤は、ホットメルト接着剤に対して、0.1〜3重量%の添加剤、特に、熱分解、酸化的分解およびUV誘導性分解に対する安定剤を含むことを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔6〕ホットメルト接着剤は、160℃で500〜100,000mPas(ブルックフィールド CAP,スピンドル8)の範囲の粘度を有することを特徴とする、〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
〔7〕フィルム状基材、特に、ポリオレフィンフィルム、織布または不織布を接着するための〔1〕〜〔6〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤の使用。
〔8〕少なくとも2つのポリオレフィンフィルムを長手方向および/または底部の接着の形態で部分的表面接着することを含む、ポリオレフィンフィルムからなる包材、ポリオレフィンからなるフィルムを含む包装袋またはパウチの製造方法であって、〔1〕〜〔6〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤を該接着に使用することを特徴とする、方法。
〔9〕ポリオレフィンフィルムは、該ポリオレフィンフィルムの総重量に対して少なくとも80重量%の、任意に表面処理または表面コートされたポリエチレン(PE)またはポリプロピレン(PP)からなるフィルムであることを特徴とする、〔7〕に記載の使用または〔8〕に記載の方法。
〔10〕〔8〕に記載の方法により得ることができる、ポリオレフィンフィルムからなる包材、特にポリオレフィンからなるフィルムを含む、バッグまたはパウチ。
〔11〕少なくとも2つの基材を部分的表面接着または全面接着することを含む、接着された織布または不織布の製造方法であって、少なくとも1つの基材が織布または不織布であること、および〔1〕〜〔6〕のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤を該接着に使用することを特徴とする、方法。
Claims (10)
- a)25〜95重量%の少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマー;
b)1〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの粘着付与性樹脂;
c)0〜15重量%の少なくとも1つの可塑剤;ならびに
d)安定剤、接着促進剤、充填剤もしくは顔料、ワックスおよび/または他のポリマー、またはその組合せから選択される0〜30重量%の少なくとも1つの添加剤および/または助剤
を含有するホットメルト接着剤であって、
該少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマーは:
a1)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して50〜80重量%の量の<10,000g/molの分子量Mnを有する少なくとも1つの第1ポリオレフィン系ポリマーと、
a2)該ポリオレフィン系ポリマーの総量に対して20〜50重量%の量の>10,000g/molの分子量Mnを有する少なくとも1つの第2ポリオレフィン系ポリマーと
の混合物であり、
該少なくとも1つの粘着付与性樹脂は、少なくとも1つのコロホニー系の天然樹脂またはトール油樹脂またはそのメチル、ペンタエリスリトールもしくはグリセリンエステルを含む樹脂または樹脂混合物である
ことを特徴とする、ホットメルト接着剤。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系ポリマーは、ポリオレフィンのホモポリマーおよびコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 可塑剤は、ポリ(イソ)ブチレンおよび液状またはペースト状の水添型炭化水素から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤および/または助剤は、ホットメルト接着剤に対して、0.1〜3重量%の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- ホットメルト接着剤は、160℃で500〜100,000mPas(ブルックフィールド CAP,スピンドル8)の範囲の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- フィルム状基材、織布または不織布を接着するための請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤の使用。
- 少なくとも2つのポリオレフィンフィルムを長手方向および/または底部の接着の形態で部分的表面接着することを含む、ポリオレフィンフィルムからなる包材、ポリオレフィンからなるフィルムを含む包装袋またはパウチの製造方法であって、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤を該接着に使用することを特徴とする、方法。
- ポリオレフィンフィルムは、該ポリオレフィンフィルムの総重量に対して少なくとも80重量%の、任意に表面処理または表面コートされたポリエチレン(PE)またはポリプロピレン(PP)からなるフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用または請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法により得ることができる、ポリオレフィンフィルムからなる包材。
- 少なくとも2つの基材を部分的表面接着または全面接着することを含む、接着された織布または不織布の製造方法であって、少なくとも1つの基材が織布または不織布であること、および請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤を該接着に使用することを特徴とする、方法。
