Claims (15)
- 水素回収段(4)からの水素含有流(3)が水素および炭素酸化物を含む合成ガス流(2)に供給され、前記合成ガス流(2)を、一次反応器段(5)に供給して、前記合成ガス流(2)を、水、メタノールおよび残留ガスを含有するガス混合物(6)へと触媒的かつ部分的に転化し、残留ガスの第一部分(7)を、前記水素回収段(4)に供給して前記水素含有流(3)と、廃ガス流(11)とに分離するメタノールの合成方法において、
前記残留ガスの第二部分(10)を、第二反応器段(8)に供給してメタノール含有生成物流(9)へと、さらに触媒的かつ少なくとも部分的に転換することを特徴とするメタノールの合成方法。 - 前記残留ガスの前記第一部分(7)および前記残留ガスの前記第二部分(10)が、前記ガス混合物(6)の流れ分割手段により、前記第二反応器段(8)に供給される前記第二部分(10)を含む少なくとも1つの一次リサイクル流(16)および前記水素回収段(4)に供給される第一部分(7)を含むパージ流(17)に分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素回収段(4)に供給する前に、前記パージ流(17)を、スクラッビング段(18)に供給して、前記パージ流(17)に残るメタノールを分離することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記一次リサイクル流(16)を、リサイクル圧縮機(19)を通して導いて圧縮および/または前記一次リサイクル流(16)を、一次リサイクル熱交換機(20)を通して導いて前記ガス混合物(6)を冷却することを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物(6)を冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物(6)は、前記残留ガスの第一部分(7)と、前記第二部分(10)とに分割される前に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガス流(2)は、合成ガス圧縮機(24)を通して導かれて圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- メタノール含有生成物流(9)を別の分離段(25)に供給してさらに前記粗メタノール流(26)を分離することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記二次リサイクル流(27)は、前記二次リサイクル流(27)中の一酸化炭素のモル比の少なくとも2倍の二酸化炭素のモル比を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガス流(2)は、炭素質エネルギーキャリア流(1)から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ガス(2)は、自動熱改質段(36a)において前記エネルギーキャリア流(1)から得られ、前記自動熱改質段(36a)において接触部分酸化が吸熱蒸気改質反応に必要な熱を提供することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- スクラッバー副流(41)が前記合成ガス流(2)から除去され、前記スクラッバー副流(41)が、スクラッバー装置(42)に供給されて前記スクラッバー副流(41)から二酸化炭素を分離することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水素および炭素酸化物を含む合成ガス流(2)を提供する供給アセンブリ(2b)と、水素含有流(3)を前記合成ガス流(2)に供給する水素回復段(4)と、前記合成ガス流(2)が供給され、前記合成ガス流(2)を、水、メタノール、および残留ガスを含むガス混合物(6)に触媒的かつ部分的に転換する一次反応器段(5)とを含み、前記残留ガスの第一部分(7)を、前記水素回復段(4)に供給して前記水素含有流(3)および前記残留ガス流(11)に分離するメタノールの合成方法のシステムにおいて、
前記システムは、残前記留ガスの第二部分(10)が供給され、メタノール含有生成物流(9)へとさらに触媒的かつ少なくとも部分的に転換する二次反応器段(8)を備える、システム。
