Claims (14)
- 上下方向に立てられて水平方向に積層された多数のパウチ型二次電池;
前記多数の二次電池を内部空間に収納するモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケースの内部空間で下部に収容され、前記多数の二次電池の少なくとも下部に接触する下部充填液;及び
前記下部充填液より低い比重を有して、前記モジュールケースの内部空間で前記下部充填液の上部に収容され、前記多数の二次電池の上部に接触する上部充填液を含み、
全てのパウチ型二次電池は水平方向に並んで配列され、前記下部充填液は全てのパウチ型二次電池の下部に接触し、
前記モジュールケースの前記内部空間は、前記上部充填液及び前記下部充填液で満たされることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部充填液は、前記上部充填液より熱伝導度が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下部充填液は、0.5W/m・K以上の熱伝導度を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部充填液は、前記下部充填液より比熱が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部充填液は、2000J/kg・K以上の比熱を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部充填液は、前記下部充填液より燃焼点が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部充填液は、300℃以上の燃焼点を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部充填液は、前記下部充填液より耐電圧が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、電極リードが前記上部充填液に全体的に浸漬されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二次電池は、隣接する二次電池と対面接触するように積層されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは、底面に二次電池の長さ方向に沿って長く延びる形態で流入溝が形成され、前記下部充填液が前記モジュールケースの流入溝に満たされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは、側面内部に内側に突設された境界突出部を備え、前記境界突出部が前記下部充填液と前記上部充填液との間の境界に位置するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
