Description
Claims (9)
- 後頭部−頸部固定のための後頭部プレートであって、
−患者の頭蓋骨に接続可能な少なくとも1つの固定領域(2a)と、互いに長さ方向に離れるように延びる少なくとも一対の貫通スロット(2b)と、が設けられた実質的に平らなプレート(2)と、
−それぞれのスロット(2b)に対してそれぞれスライド可能に拘束され、中央−側面の調節方向(A)に沿って移動し、支持棒状物(101)を受け入れるための受け座(4)がそれぞれ設けられている少なくとも一対のクランプ(3)と、
を備え、
それぞれの前記受け座(4)が、前記プレートの配置される面(P)に実質的に平行なそれぞれの挿入方向(B)に沿って側面方向および長手方向に接近可能にそれぞれの支持棒状物(101)を挿入するための開口部(4a)を有し、
前記クランプ(3)の前記受け座(4)は、前記棒状物(101)が挿入されたときに、前記棒状物(101)が前記受け座(4)の中に仮保持されるような構成の弾性拘束手段(7)を有しており、
前記受け座(4)は、少なくとも第1のあご部材(6a)および第2のあご部材(6b)を有し、これらは前記挿入開口部(4a)を規定するように互いに間隔をあけて面しており、
前記弾性拘束手段(7)は、前記第1のあご部材(6a)および前記第2のあご部材(6b)の弾性変形能によって規定されており、
前記各クランプ(3)は、クランプ部材(5)を備えており、
前記クランプ部材(5)は、前記受け座(4)と関連しており、前記受け座(4)の中の前記棒状物(101)の位置を固定するような構成であり、
前記クランプ(3)は、前記プレート(2)の配置される面(P)に直交するそれぞれの軸(D)の周りを回転するように、前記プレートのそれぞれの前記スロット(2b)にも回転可能に連結することを特徴とする、
後頭部プレート。 - それぞれの前記受け座(4)の前記挿入開口部(4a)が、前記プレート(2)に対して接線方向を向いていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記第1のあご部材(6a)は、前記第2のあご部材(6b)に対し、前記プレート(2)から遠位にあり、
前記クランプ部材(5)は、前記プレート(2)に対して横方向に操作可能に動くようになっており、前記受け座(4)を締め付けるために、前記第1のあご部材(6a)を前記第2のあご部材(6b)に近づくように移動させ、またはその逆に移動させることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記クランプ部材(5)が、ネジ(5a)を備えており、
前記ネジ(5a)は、前記クランプ(3)の本体(3a)と連結し、前記プレート(2)の配置される面(P)に直交して延びることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記クランプ(3)の前記受け座(4)は、それぞれの前記支持棒状物(101)の一部を収容するために細長い構成を有していることを特徴とする、
請求項3または4に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記プレート(2)は、互いに対向する面として、使用時の内側における第1の面(8a)と、使用時の外側における第2の面(8b)と、を有しており、
前記クランプ(3)が、前記プレート(2)から離れるように前記第2の面(8b)から突出しており、
前記第1の面(8a)が、前記第2の面(8b)から離れるように延びた複数の保持歯(9)または爪部を有していることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記保持歯(9)は、前記第1の面(8a)の周囲部分に沿って並んでいることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 前記プレート(2)は、3つの末端部分(10a、10b、10c)を有し、
−第1の末端部分(10a)は、少なくとも前記固定領域(2a)を有し、
−第2の末端部分(10b)と第3の末端部分(10c)は、それぞれ、貫通スロット(2b)を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の後頭部プレート。 - 後頭部−頸部固定のためのシステムであって、
−患者の脊椎に接続する少なくとも2つの接続ネジ、好ましくは、多軸ネジと、
−前記ネジに拘束され、前記交差する部材から、それぞれの末端部分(101a)に向かって延びる、一対の長手方向の棒状物(101)と、
を備え、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の後頭部プレート(1)を備えており、前記棒状物(101)のそれぞれの末端部分(101a)が、前記クランプの前記受け座(4)に挿入されることを特徴とする、
後頭部−頸部固定のためのシステム。
