Claims (4)
- Alの含有量が9.0質量%以上11.0質量%以下であり、
Niの含有量が1.0質量%以上3.0質量%以下であり、
Mnの含有量が8.5質量%以上15.0質量%以下であり、
Siの含有量が2.5質量%以上4.0質量%以下であり(ただし、Si:2.5%を除く)、
Feの含有量が0.5質量%以上5.0質量%以下であり(ただし、Fe:1.5〜2.5%を除く)、
Coの含有量が0.01質量%以上1.5質量%以下であり、
残部がCuである、
ことを特徴とする高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料。 - 前記高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料は、Fe-Mn-Si系硬質物が分散した組織であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料。
- 前記高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料のビッカース硬度は280以上、伸びは0.5%以上、引張強さは500N/mm2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載された高温耐摩耗性アルミニウム青銅系材料の基材を有することを特徴とする摺動部材。
