Description
Claims (18)
- 吸入口及び吐出口が形成された外部ハウジングと、
前記外部ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記外部ハウジングに対して離隔して形成される内部ハウジングと、
前記内部ハウジングに設置され、前記吐出口の方向に空気を強制的に排出させるファンと、
前記内部ハウジングに設置され、ファンの空気排出方向又はファンの空気排出方向の反対方向に配置される光触媒フィルターと、
前記光触媒フィルターより前記ファンによって発生する空気流動方向の上流に配置され、光触媒フィルターに向かって紫外線を照射する紫外線光源と、
前記ファン、前記光触媒フィルター及び前記紫外線光源より空気流動方向の上流に配置され、前記内部ハウジングに水平方向に脱着可能に設置される集塵フィルターと、を含む空気清浄機。 - 前記内部ハウジングの外面又は前記外部ハウジングの内面には空気の質を測定するセンサーが設置され、前記センサーは前記内部ハウジングと前記外部ハウジングとの間の空気の質を測定する、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記センサーは、前記外部ハウジングの前記吸入口と前記吐出口との間に設置されることによって、前記吸入口を介して入ってから、前記外部ハウジングと前記内部ハウジングとの間の空間を通過して前記吐出口に排出される空気の質を測定する、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記光触媒フィルターは、空気流動路が形成された複数のセルが互いに隣接した支持体上に光触媒物質がコーティングされた形態であり、前記空気流動路の入口は紫外線光源に向かって配置された形態である、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記ファンの空気排出方向は上方であり、
前記光触媒フィルターは、前記内部ハウジングの上部から前記内部ハウジング上に載せられる形態で前記内部ハウジングに嵌められて固定される、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記外部ハウジングは、前記吐出口が形成された上面を含む上面ハウジングを含み、前記上面ハウジングは着脱可能に設置され、前記上面ハウジングを分離して設けられる開口部を介して前記光触媒フィルターが挿入及び引き出し可能である、請求項5に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記紫外線光源は360nm〜370nmのピーク波長を有するUV LEDである、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記UV LEDは、前記内部ハウジングによって両端が支持される細く且つ長い一つ以上のUV LED基板に設置された、請求項7に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記UV LEDと前記光触媒フィルターの表面との間の距離は25mm〜40mmである、請求項7に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記集塵フィルターは、筒状の外周面を有するHEPAフィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記HEPAフィルターの外周面には、前記HEPAフィルターの形状に対応し、前記HEPAフィルターより大きい筒状の外周面を有するカーボンフィルターが外挿される、請求項10に記載の空気清浄機。
- 吸入口及び吐出口が形成された外部ハウジングと、
前記外部ハウジングの内部に設けられ、前記外部ハウジングに対して離隔して形成される内部ハウジングと、
前記内部ハウジングに設置され、前記吐出口の方向に空気を強制的に排出させるファンと、
前記内部ハウジングに設置され、ファンの空気排出方向又はファンの空気排出方向の反対方向に配置される光触媒フィルターと、
前記光触媒フィルターより前記ファンによって発生する空気流動方向の上流に配置され、光触媒フィルターに向かって紫外線を照射する紫外線光源と、
前記ファン、前記光触媒フィルター及び前記紫外線光源より空気流動方向の上流に配置され、前記内部ハウジングに設置される集塵フィルターと、を含み、
前記集塵フィルターは、外周面にフィルター部材が配置された筒状であり、
前記外部ハウジングの前記吐出口は上端に形成され、前記外部ハウジングの前記吸入口は側面下部に形成され、
前記集塵フィルターの下面は前記外部ハウジングの底に密着し、前記集塵フィルターの上面は前記内部ハウジングのファン設置部の下面に密着する構造で空気清浄機に水平方向に嵌められる空気清浄機。 - 前記外部ハウジングの底は、所定間隔だけ離隔した上面部材及び下面部材を含む底ハウジングからなり、前記集塵フィルターの下面は前記上面部材の上面に密着しており、
空気清浄機の作動を制御し、外部電源が接続されるコネクターが設置された制御PCBが前記上面部材と前記下面部材との間の空間に設置される、請求項12に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記外部ハウジングの側面を含むボディーハウジングは、前方ハウジング及び後方ハウジングを含み、
前記後方ハウジングは着脱可能に設置され、
前記後方ハウジングを分離して設けられる開口部を介して前記集塵フィルターが挿入及び引き出し可能である、請求項12に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記前方ハウジングには、空気清浄機の作動状態を表示する表示部が設置された、請求項14に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記外部ハウジングは、その上面を含む上面ハウジングを含み、前記上面ハウジングには操作部が設置された、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記集塵フィルターは筒状である、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
- 前記集塵フィルターの下面は前記外部ハウジングに密着し、前記集塵フィルターの上面は前記内部ハウジングに密着する、請求項17に記載の空気清浄機。
