Claims (14)
- カテーテル組立体システムであって、該カテーテル組立体システムは、
カテーテルアダプタの近位開口部と上記カテーテルアダプタの遠位端との間に延びる内側内腔を有するカテーテルアダプタであって、上記カテーテルアダプタの近位開口部は、内径を有する上記カテーテルアダプタ、
上記内側内腔内に配置され、上記内側内腔を選択的に密封するセプタム、
上記セプタムに近接する位置で、上記内側内腔内に配置されるセプタム作動部材であって、該セプタム作動部材は、近位開口部を有し、上記セプタム作動部材の上記近位開口部は、前記カテーテルアダプタの上記内径より小さい内径を有し、上記セプタム作動部材は、上記セプタム内のスリットを通して遠位に前進させられるように構成されている、上記セプタム作動部材、および、
作動部材アタッチメント、を含み、
上記作動部材アタッチメントは、
近位開口部を有する近位端、
ねじを含む接続部、
上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部の上記内径より小さく、上記セプタム作動部材の上記近位開口部の内径より大きい外径を有するプローブ部材、および、
上記プローブ部材の遠位端から離れるように延び、前記プローブ部材の外径より小さい外径を有する延長部材を含み、
非閉塞の経路を形成する非制限的な内腔が、上記作動部材アタッチメントの上記近位開口部から、上記プローブ部材および上記延長部材を通って延び、上記延長部材は、上記セプタム作動部材の上記近位開口部の上記内径より小さい外径を有し、上記プローブ部材の上記遠位端は、上記延長部材の近位端から半径方向外方に延びる遠位に面する延出面を形成し、上記作動部材アタッチメントが、第一の量、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部に挿入されることに応じて、上記プローブ部材は、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部に入り、上記遠位に面する延出面が、上記セプタム作動部材の近位端に接触し、上記延長部材が、上記セプタム作動部材の上記近位開口部内に入り、上記非制限的な内腔が、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記内腔と流体連通し、上記セプタムは、閉じたままであり、
上記接続部が上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位端にねじ込まれることに応じて、上記作動部材アタッチメントは、第二の量、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部に挿入され、上記遠位に面する延出面が、上記セプタムを通して、上記セプタム作動部材を遠位に押し進め、上記延長部材が、上記セプタム作動部材の上記近位開口部に入ると、上記延長部材の遠位端は、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記内側内腔に配置されることを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。 - 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記非制限的な内腔の直径は、上記作動部材アタッチメントの遠位開口部から、上記作動部材アタッチメントの近位開口部へと増大することを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記プローブ部材は、雄ルアーテーパを形成することを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記カテーテルアダプタの近位端は、フランジを含み、上記接続部は、上記フランジの周囲に延びるカラーを含んで、上記作動部材アタッチメントを上記カテーテルアダプタに結合することを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記カテーテルアダプタは、雌ルアーフィッティングを形成することを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項5のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記雌ルアーフィッティングは、ルアーロックフィッティングであることを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項5のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記雌ルアーフィッティングは、ルアースリップフィッティングであることを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記セプタム作動部材の側壁は、1つ以上の開口部を含み、上記接続部が上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位端にねじ込まれるとき、上記作動部材アタッチメントは、上記第二の量、上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部に挿入され、上記延長部材は、少なくとも部分的に、上記1つ以上の開口部を覆うことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記作動部材アタッチメントの近位部の外面は、チャネル部を含むことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項9のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記チャネル部は、1つ以上のグリップ部を含むことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記作動部材アタッチメントの上記接続部は、上記プローブ部材の周囲に延びるルアーカラーを含むことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項11のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記ルアーカラーは、ルアーロックカラーまたはルアースリップカラーであることを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、さらに、上記カテーテルアダプタの遠位端に結合されるカテーテルを含むことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
- 請求項1のカテーテル組立体システムであって、上記作動部材アタッチメントが上記カテーテルアダプタの上記近位開口部に、第一の量、挿入されることに応じて、上記カテーテルアダプタのねじは、上記作動部材アタッチメントの上記接続部のねじと接触することを特徴とするカテーテル組立体システム。
