Description
窒素バブラ、還流冷却器、マントルヒータ、熱電対、及びオーバーヘッドミキサに備え付けたガラス製丸底フラスコに、無水マレイン酸(35g)、脱イオン水(275g)、及び水中0.15重量%の硫酸第一鉄の溶液3.32gを加えた。反応混合物の温度を78℃まで上げた。この温度を下記で記載されるまで維持した。この温度に達してすぐ、SMBS(7gの脱イオン水中、2.7g)の溶液を充填した。(A)AA(320g)及びDMAEMA(39g)の混合物、(B)SMBS(100gの脱イオン水中、57.3g)の溶液、ならびに(C)SPS(30gの脱イオン水中、2.95g)の溶液の供給を同時に開始した。溶液Aは、90分後になくなるように供給した。溶液Bは、80分後になくなるように供給した。溶液Cは、85分後になくなるように供給した。溶液Aの供給の停止から10分後、SPS(15gの脱イオン水中、0.53g)の第1の追加溶液の供給を開始し、10分後に完了した。第1の追加の完了から20分後、同一の溶液を別途10分間かけて加えた。第2の追加の完了から20分後、温度が60℃まで下がるようにし、第1の中和剤である100gの水酸化ナトリウム(50%)を加え、その後、1.5gの過酸化水素溶液(35%)及び第2の中和剤である180gの水酸化ナトリウム(50%)を加えた。最後に、50gの脱イオン水を加えた。溶液は、44.4重量%の固形分(強制空気オーブン中150℃で乾燥した後に残る残渣)を含み、6.33のpH、370の粘度(Brookfield)、及びGPCによりMw=5,743、Mn=1,166を有した。481ppmの残りのAA及び0ppmの残りのMalは、液体クロマトグラフィーにより検知した。
Claims (4)
- 無リン自動食器洗浄洗剤組成物であって、
(a)前記洗浄洗剤組成物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、2.6〜3.0重量%の第1のポリマーであって、(i)前記第1のポリマーの総固体重量に基づいて、70〜85重量%のC3−C6モノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸であって、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸からなる群から選択されるC 3 −C 6 モノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸、(ii)前記第1のポリマーの総固体重量に基づいて、5〜20重量%のC3−C6モノエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸であって、マレイン酸及びイタコン酸からなる群から選択されるC 3 −C 6 モノエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸、及び(iii)前記第1のポリマーの総固体重量に基づいて、8〜12重量%のC5−C12モノエチレン性不飽和第三級アミンであって、メタクリル酸2−(ジメチルアミノ)エチル、メタクリル酸2−(ジエチルアミノ)エチル、及びN−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)メタクリルアミドからなる群から選択されるC 5 −C 12 モノエチレン性不飽和第三級アミンの重合単位を含み、かつ5,700〜10,500のMwを有する、第1のポリマーと、
(b)前記洗浄洗剤組成物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、1.0〜1.4重量%の第2のポリマーであって、(i)前記第2のポリマーの総固体重量に基づいて、69〜77重量%のC3−C6モノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸であって、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸からなる群から選択されるC 3 −C 6 モノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸、及び(ii)前記第2のポリマーの総固体重量に基づいて、23〜31重量%の2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸の重合単位を含み、かつ10,000〜20,000のMwを有する、第2のポリマーと、
(c)前記洗浄洗剤組成物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、5〜45重量%のクエン酸塩、15〜50重量%の炭酸塩、並びに5〜45重量%の過炭酸塩及び過ホウ酸塩のうちの少なくとも1つと、を含む、無リン自動食器洗浄洗剤組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーは、5,700〜10,100のMwを有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、前記洗浄洗剤組成物の総乾燥重量に基づいて、12〜18重量%のクエン酸塩と、24〜33重量%の炭酸塩と、12〜18重量%の過炭酸塩及び過ホウ酸塩のうちの少なくとも1つと、0.2重量%未満のリンと、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記過炭酸塩及び過ホウ酸塩のうちの少なくとも1つが、過炭酸塩である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
