Description
先ず、スクリュヘッドの構成について説明する。
次に、スクリュヘッドの作用について説明する。具体的には、積層された第1金属板50と第2金属板52とをスクリュ12で結合する場合について説明する。
なお、本実施形態では、結合部材としてスクリュ12について説明したが、釘やリベット等、他の結合部材にも適用可能である。なお、釘やリベットの場合には、タッピングが不要であるため、ホルダ14は回転しない構成となる。

Claims (1)
- 軸方向の被結合部材側端部に結合部材を保持すると共に、被結合部材に対して進退可能なホルダと、
前記ホルダの結合部材保持領域よりも前記被結合部材側にそれぞれの先端が位置する一対の電極と、
前記ホルダが前記被結合部材に対して接近した場合に、前記電極を前記ホルダの径方向外側に退避させる退避機構と、
を備え、
前記退避機構は、前記ホルダが前記被結合部材に対して進退するときに、前記ホルダと相対移動可能に構成されると共に、前記ホルダの軸方向端部よりも前記被結合部材から離間する側に配置されたリンク部材を備え、前記リンク部材は、前記ホルダの軸方向と直交する方向を回転軸として前記一対の電極を回転可能に支持していると共に、前記電極には前記ホルダが前記被結合部材に接近した時に当接される当接部が形成されている結合部材ヘッド。
