Claims (2)
- 加圧供給源からブローノズルを通して有底筒状のプリフォームの内部に加圧した液体を供給して該プリフォームから所定形状の容器の内部に内容液が収容されてなる液体入り容器を成形する液体ブロー成形方法であって、
前記ブローノズルをシール体で閉塞した状態で前記加圧供給源を作動させて該加圧供給源と前記ブローノズルとの間の液体を予備加圧する予備加圧工程と、
前記予備加圧工程により得られたデータに基づいて前記加圧供給源の作動条件を設定する作動条件設定工程と、
前記ブローノズルを開放した状態で前記加圧供給源を作動させて前記プリフォームを所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形するブロー成形工程と、
前記ブローノズルを開放した状態のままで前記作動条件設定工程により設定された作動条件で前記加圧供給源を逆方向に作動させて前記ブロー成形工程において所定形状に成形された前記容器の内部から前記ブローノズル内に向けて液体を吸い戻すサックバック工程と、を有し、
前記加圧供給源は、シリンダと該シリンダの内部で軸方向に移動自在のプランジャーとを備えたプランジャーポンプであり、
前記作動条件設定工程において設定される前記加圧供給源の作動条件は、前記プランジャーの作動ストロークであり、
前記作動条件設定工程においては、前記予備加圧工程における前記プランジャーポンプと前記ブローノズルとの間の液体の圧力が所定圧力に達するまでの前記プランジャーのストロークと基準ストロークとの差に基づいて前記加圧供給源の作動条件を設定することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形方法。 - 前記ブロー成形工程において、前記作動条件設定工程により設定された作動条件で前記加圧供給源を作動させて前記プリフォームを所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形する、請求項1に記載の液体ブロー成形方法。
