Claims (12)
- 車両、特に鉄道車両の、需要に応じた圧縮空気供給のための方法であって、
主要槽空気管路(2)に接続されている主要空気圧縮機(1)によって、少なくとも、空気圧ブレーキシステム(3)を作動させるための、前記鉄道車両の主要な空気需要を満たし、
前記主要空気圧縮機(1)に比べて吐出能力が低い、少なくとも1つの電動機駆動式補助空気圧縮機(8)によって、付帯設備を作動させるための付加的な圧縮空気を生成する方法において、
前記車両の留置状態中には、需要に応じて圧縮空気を生成するために前記少なくとも1つの補助空気圧縮機(8)のみを使用し、前記圧縮空気によって、空気圧式アクチュエータ(9)によって操作可能なパンタグラフ(5)を、前記留置状態中に給電線(6)に永続的に接触するように保つことを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記車両の留置状態時に前記補助空気圧縮機(8)によって生成される前記圧縮空気は、付加的に、前記主要槽空気管路(2)での漏れ損失、および/または、前記主要槽空気管路(2)に接続されている、前記車両のサブシステム(16a−16c)での漏れ損失を補償するために利用する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記車両の留置状態時に漏れ損失による圧縮空気の消費を低減するために、前記サブシステム(16a−16c)を前記主要槽空気管路(2)から遮断する、
請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記車両の留置状態時に漏れ損失による圧縮空気の消費を低減するために、前記空気圧ブレーキシステム(3)を前記主要槽空気管路(2)から遮断する、
請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記車両の留置状態時に、前記車両のトラクションロックユニットの投入圧力を通常状態に比べて下げる、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 車両、特に鉄道車両の、需要に応じた圧縮空気供給のための装置であって、
主要槽空気管路(2)に接続されている主要空気圧縮機(1)によって、少なくとも、空気圧ブレーキシステム(3)を作動させるための、前記鉄道車両の主要な空気需要が満たされ、
前記主要空気圧縮機(1)に比べて吐出能力が低い、少なくとも1つの電動機駆動式補助空気圧縮機(8)によって、付帯設備を作動させるための付加的な圧縮空気が生成される装置において、
前記車両の留置状態中には、需要に応じて、パンタグラフ(5)の空気圧式アクチュエータ(9)に対する圧縮空気を生成するために前記少なくとも1つの補助空気圧縮機(8)のみが起動され、これによって前記留置状態中の、給電線(6)との永続的な接触が保証されるように制御ユニット(10)が構成されていることを特徴とする、
装置。 - 圧力センサー(11)が、前記主要槽空気管路(2)内の圧力を監視し、これによって、前記車両の留置状態時に、前記主要槽空気管路(2)で発生した漏れ損失および前記主要槽空気管路(2)に接続されている、前記車両のサブシステム(16a−16c)で発生した漏れ損失が、前記補助空気圧縮機(8)によって生成された圧縮空気によって補償される、
請求項6記載の装置。 - 前記車両の留置状態時の漏れ損失による圧縮空気の消費を低減するために、前記サブシステム(16a−16c)および/または前記空気圧ブレーキシステム(3)を前記主要槽空気管路(2)から切り離すために、割り当てられた遮断弁(17a−17d)がそれぞれ設けられている、
請求項7記載の装置。 - 車両バッテリー(13)は、前記補助空気圧縮機を作動させる電動機(7)に電気的な駆動エネルギーを供給する、
請求項6記載の装置。 - 前記補助空気圧縮機(8)の前記電動機(7)は、バッテリー動作のために周波数変換器(14)に割り当てられている三相モーターとして構成されている、
