Description
成形された外側ハウジング要素と、
スケールドラムと係合するポインタおよび突起の両方を保持する、成形された細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素と

(i)ポインタを保持する外面および突起を保持する内面を有する、細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素を成形する工程と、
(ii)ポインタの少なくとも一部を見えるように残して、外側ハウジング要素を細長い管状の要素の上に成形する工程と
を含む。
「注射ペン」とは通常、筆記用の万年筆にやや似た楕円形または細長い形状を有する注射装置である。このようなペンは通常、円形の断面を有するが、ペンは三角形、矩形、もしくは正方形、またはこれらの幾何形状の任意の変形等の様々な断面を容易に有することができる。
Claims (15)
- 薬液の設定用量を注射する注射装置であって、
回転可能なスケールドラム(15)を内部に収容するペン型ポリマーハウジングであって、該スケールドラム(15)は、前記ポリマーハウジングに対して回転可能なスケールドラムを螺旋状に案内するための境界面構造(16)を有し、前記ポリマーハウジングに設けられた窓(11)を通して見える複数の印を保持する、ペン型ポリマーハウジングと、
印を指し示すことにより、前記設定用量のサイズを示すポインタ(25)と
を含み、
該ポリマーハウジングは、
− 成形された外側ハウジング要素(10)と、
− 設定用量のサイズを示すための前記ポインタ(25)および前記回転可能なスケールドラム(15)を係合するための1つまたは複数の突起(22、28)の両方を保持する、成形された細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)と
を含み、
前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)は、前記回転可能なスケールドラム(15)を係合するための前記突起(22、28)が内側に突き出している内面(24)および前記ポインタ(25)が外側に突き出している外面(23)を含み、
前記成形された外側ハウジング要素(10)は、突き出している前記ポインタ(25)の少なくとも一部を見えるように残して、前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)の上に射出成形されている、注射装置。 - 前記突起(22、28)は、前記スケールドラム(15)の前記境界面構造(16)と係合するねじ山(22)である、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記ねじ山(22)は1つまたは複数のセグメント(22a−c)として形成されている、請求項2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記ねじ山(22)の前記1つまたは複数のセグメント(22a−c)が異なる長手方向位置に設けられた複数のセグメントである、請求項3に記載の注射装置。
- 前記突起(22、28)のうち1つが、停止位置で前記スケールドラム(15)の表面(17、18)に当接する止め具手段(28)である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)の少なくとも一部が前記外側ハウジング要素(10)の延長部を構成するように、前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)は、前記外側ハウジング要素(10)から少なくとも1つの長手方向に延びている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記ポインタ(25)の外面(26)は前記外側ハウジング要素(10)の外面(13)と位置合わせされている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記突き出しているポインタ(25)は前記窓(11)の一部を形成する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記外側ハウジング要素(10)および前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)は異なるポリマー材料から成形されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記外側ハウジング要素(10)および前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)は異なる外観を有するポリマー材料から成形されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の医療用注射装置のためのポリマーハウジングを成形する方法であって、
(i)ポインタ(25)が突き出している外面(23)および1つまたは複数の突起(22、28)が突き出している内面(24)を有する、細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)を成形する工程と、
(ii)前記ポインタ(25)の少なくとも一部を見えるように残して、外側ハウジング要素(10)を、前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)の上に成形する工程と
を含む、
ポリマーハウジングを成形する方法。 - 前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)は前記外側ハウジング要素(10)を成形する前に成形される、請求項11に記載のポリマーハウジングを成形する方法。
- 前記外側ハウジング要素(10)は、前記細長い管状の内側ハウジング要素(20)の一部の上にのみ成形され、それにより、前記細長い管状の内側ハウジン要素(20)は、前記外側ハウジング要素(10)の境界の外に長手方向に延びる、請求項11または12に記載のポリマーハウジングを成形する方法。
