Claims (8)
- 電子的にスリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ力を増幅させるための方法であって、
ドライバーによって作用を及ぼすことが可能な操作機構(80)と、
ドライバーによってもたらされた操作力を増幅させるためのブレーキ倍力機構(82)と、
前記ブレーキ倍力機構(82)によって作用を及ぼすことが可能なブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)と、
前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)に接続されている車輪ブレーキ(86)と、
前記車輪ブレーキ(86)のブレーキ圧を変調するためのスリップコントロール機構(92)と、
を含み、
前記スリップコントロール機構(92)に、電子制御器(90)と、
電子的に起動可能な駆動ユニットによって駆動可能な圧力発生器(88)とが付設されている、
前記方法において、
前記ブレーキ倍力機構(82)に障害がある場合に、前記電子制御器(90)によって、制動要望があることを知らせる第1の入力信号(30)を検知して、第1の評価信号(32)に変換すること、
前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)の圧力室内でのブレーキ圧を表す第2の入力信号(50)を検知して、第2の評価信号(52)に変換すること、
前記第1の評価信号(32)と前記第2の評価信号(52)とを数学的に加算することによって和信号(60)を求め、該和信号を、前記圧力発生器を対応的に電子起動することによりブレーキ圧として前記スリップコントロール機構(92)によって調整すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の入力信号(30)を、前記操作機構(80)に付設されている第1のセンサを用いて検知し、該第1のセンサがパワーセンサとして、または、距離センサとして実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の入力信号(30)が2値信号であり、その1つの信号値を、前記操作機構(80)の操作によって、予め設定可能な閾値を上回ったとき、または、下回ったときに、跳躍関数において他の第2の信号値に変換することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記電子制御器(90)により、前記第1の入力信号(30)を、ブレーキ圧目標値(34)と、該ブレーキ圧目標値(34)に到達するまでの圧力増大(36)と、元のブレーキ圧(40)への圧力減少(38)とによって特徴づけられている前記第1の評価信号(32)に変換することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の入力信号(50)を前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)に付設されている第2のセンサによって提供し、該第2のセンサは、ドライバーが前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)内に生じさせたブレーキ圧を検知することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の入力信号(50)から、前記電子制御器(90)内にファイルされている数学的関数に対応して前記第2の評価信号(52)を発生させ、
前記第2の評価信号(52)が目標ブレーキ圧を表し、その値がドライバーによって前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)に生じさせた前記ブレーキ圧よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記操作機構(80)の操作距離と前記ブレーキ倍力機構(82)の増幅要素の変位運動との間に存在する距離差に基づいて、前記ブレーキ倍力機構(82)に障害があると推定することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ドライバーによって操作可能な操作機構(80)と、ドライバーによってもたらされた操作力を増幅するためのブレーキ倍力機構(82)と、該ブレーキ倍力機構(82)の作用を受けるブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)と、該ブレーキマスタシリンダ(84)に接続されている車輪ブレーキ(86)と、少なくとも1つの前記車輪ブレーキ(86)のブレーキ圧を変調するためのスリップコントロール機構(92)とを備え、前記スリップコントロール機構(92)が、電子制御器(90)と、起動可能な駆動ユニットによって駆動される圧力発生器(88)とを含んでいる電子的にスリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ装置において、
前記電子制御器(90)が、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って前記圧力発生器(88)を起動させるために形成されていることを特徴とする電子的にスリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
