Claims (16)
- 多層構造の履物底を備えた履物であって、前記履物底は、少なくとも1つのアウトソール(3)および1つのミッドソール(2)から構成され、
前記アウトソール(3)は、前記ミッドソール(2)を構成する材料よりも相対的に硬い材料を含み、
前記ミードソール(2)は、気体および液体を通さない外皮が備えられた連続気泡構造を有する弾性材で作られ、
前記連続気泡構造は、少なくとも部分的に、液体媒体で充填されており、
前記アウトソール(3)は、前記ミッドソール(2)の側面を完全に囲んで、前記ミッドソール(2)を外側から包み込むように持ちあがっており、
ウォーキング動作中あるいはランニング動作中の、前記履物の踵部分の最初の接触によって、前記ミッドソール(2)の前記連続気泡構造内に収容される前記液体媒体が前記履物の前方部分へ向かう方向にのみ移動し、
ウォーキングまたはランニング動作中に前記履物が前方へ転がるように動くことによって、当該液体媒体が前記履物の前方部分から踵部分へのみ戻り、前記液体媒体が元の状態に戻り、それによって、ウォーキングあるいはランニングの動きが完了するまでに、衝撃吸収効果と緩衝効果とが交互に得られる、
ことを特徴とする履物。 - 前記弾性材が、スポンジ状構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物。
- 前記弾性材が、発泡プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の履物。
- 前記発泡プラスチックが、開放細孔から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の履物。
- 前記発泡プラスチックが、40から100kg/m3の範囲の単位容積重量を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の履物。
- 前記発泡プラスチックの細孔の大きさが、0.5から3mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記液体媒体が、水、ポリオール、または、それらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記液体媒体が、粘性を上げることを目的とする増粘剤を含む水であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の履物。
- 前記ミッドソール(2)が、前記液体媒体の他に、空気も含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記ミッドソール(2)に配置されたバルブ部(7)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記ミッドソール(2)が、前記アウトソール(3)とインソールの間に挟まれて配置され、該アウトソール(3)が、前記インソールより硬くなるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 緩衝部と一体になることを意図した凹部/窪みが設けられたインソールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記凹部/窪みが、踵および/または母趾球領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の履物。
- 前記凹部/窪みに、ベルクロ(登録商標)部が備えられたことを特徴とする請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記履物が、サンダルであることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の履物。
- 前記サンダルがビーチサンダルであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の履物。
