前記(A)としてEPION EP400V(商品名:カネカ社製、アクリロイル末端ポリイソブチレン)を、(B)としてNOAA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、n−オクチルアクリレート)及びIB-XA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、イソボルニルアクリレート)及びFA−511AS(商品名:日立化成社製、ジシクロペンテニルアクリレート)を、(C)としてミペロンXM−200(商品名:三井化学社製、平均分子量200万、コールターカウンター法による平均粒径30μm)、(D)Omnirad184(商品名:IGM社製、α−ヒドロキシアセトフェノン系)を、(e1)としてNKC130(商品名:日本アエロジル社製、一次平均粒子径16nm、n-ヘキサデカン表面処理)を、(e2)としてRheocin(商品名:BKY社製)を、(F)としてカレンズMT−BD1(商品名:昭和電工社製、1,4−ビス(3−メルカプトブチリルオキシ)ブタン)を、酸化防止剤としてIrganox1010(商品名:BASFジャパン社製)を、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し実施例1〜13の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物を調整した。
実施例で用いた材料の他、アクリル系オリゴマーとしてUC−203(商品名:クラレ社製、メタクリル変性ポリイソプレン、Mn35000)及びTE−2000(商品名:日本曹達社製、末端アクリル基ポリブタジエン、Mn2500)を、単官能モノマーとして4HBA(商品名:大阪有機化学工業社製、4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート)及びHOP(N)(商品名:共栄社化学社製、2−ヒドロキシプロピルメタクリレート)及びACMO(商品名:KJケミカルズ社製、アクリロイルモルフォリン)を用い、表1記載の配合で均一に溶解するまで撹拌し比較例1〜5の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物を調整した。
Claims (5)
- アクリロイル末端ポリイソブチレン(A)と、C8〜18のアルキル基を有する単官能アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(B)と、ポリエチレンパウダー(C)と、光重合開始剤(D)を含むことを特徴とする光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物。
- 前記(C)が組成物全固形分に対し5〜45重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物。
- 更にチクソ性付与剤(E)として、疎水性ヒュームドシリカ(e1)及び/又はヒマシ油由来の化合物(e2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2いずれか記載の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物。
- 更に多官能チオール(F)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3いずれか記載の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)が直鎖アルキル(メタ)アクリレート(b1)と脂環式骨格(メタ)アクリレート(b2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4いずれか記載の光硬化型ガスケット樹脂組成物。
