特許請求の範囲に記載された発明の第1の側面は、エアロゾル生成器に係り、前記エアロゾル生成器は、カプセル(20)を保持する長尺本体(12)と、物質移送手段と、を備え、前記長尺本体(12)は、孔を有する第1端(13)、第2端(14)、および、前記第1端(13)と前記第2端(14)との間に位置する開口部(11)を有し、前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されることになる前記カプセル(20)は、エアロゾル生成物質を含み、第1端(23)、第2端(24)、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)の側に設けられていて前記長尺本体(12)の前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられるアウトレット、および、前記エアロゾル生成物質を気化させるヒータを含み、前記物質移送手段は、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットが前記長尺本体(12)の前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられ、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)が前記長尺本体(12)の前記第2端(14)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)との間に配置されるように前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットと前記長尺本体(12)の前記孔との間に導管を形成する。
特許請求の範囲に記載された発明の第2の側面は、エアロゾル生成器に係り、前記エアゾル生成器は、エアロゾル生成物質を含み、第1端(23)、第2端(24)、前記第2端(24)の側に設けられたアウトレット、および、前記エアロゾル生成物質を気化させるヒータを含むカプセル(20)と、孔を有する第1端(13)、第2端(14)、および、前記第1端(13)と前記第2端(14)との間に位置し前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットを受け入れる開口部(11)を有する長尺本体(12)と、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットが前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられ、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)が前記長尺本体(12)の前記第2端(14)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)との間に配置されるように前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットと前記長尺本体(12)の前記孔との間に導管を形成する物質移送手段と、を備える。
Claims (13)
- カプセル(20)を保持する長尺本体(12)と、物質移送手段と、を備えるエアロゾル生成器であって、
前記長尺本体(12)は、孔を有する第1端(13)、第2端(14)、および、前記第1端(13)と前記第2端(14)との間に位置する開口部(11)を有し、
前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されることになる前記カプセル(20)は、エアロゾル生成物質を含み、第1端(23)、第2端(24)、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)の側に設けられていて前記長尺本体(12)の前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられるアウトレット、および、前記エアロゾル生成物質を気化させるヒータを含み、
前記物質移送手段は、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットが前記長尺本体(12)の前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられ、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)が前記長尺本体(12)の前記第2端(14)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)との間に配置されるように前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットと前記長尺本体(12)の前記孔との間に導管を形成する、
ことを特徴とするエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)を保持する保持手段と、
前記カプセル(20)に対してユーザが与える力によって前記カプセル(20)が取り外されるように前記保持手段を解放する解放手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記解放手段は、解放ボタン(17)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)は、前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)との間に平坦な側面を含み、
前記長尺本体(12)は、前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに前記カプセル(20)の前記平坦な側面に面する平坦面を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記長尺本体(12)は、円形又は楕円形の断面を有する第1部分(15)と、前記平坦面を有する第2部分(16)とを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)は、透明部分を有し、
前記長尺本体(12)は、ユーザが前記透明部分を通して前記カプセル(20)の中に残留するエアロゾル生成物質を目視で判断することができるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - エアロゾル生成器であって、
エアロゾル生成物質を含み、第1端(23)、第2端(24)、前記第2端(24)の側に設けられたアウトレット、および、前記エアロゾル生成物質を気化させるヒータを含むカプセル(20)と、
孔を有する第1端(13)、第2端(14)、および、前記第1端(13)と前記第2端(14)との間に位置し前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットを受け入れる開口部(11)を有する長尺本体(12)と、
前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットが前記開口部(11)によって受け入れられ、前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)が前記長尺本体(12)の前記第2端(14)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)との間に配置されるように前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに、前記カプセル(20)の前記アウトレットと前記長尺本体(12)の前記孔との間に導管を形成する物質移送手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)を保持する保持手段と、
前記カプセル(20)に対してユーザが与える力によって前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)から取り外されるように前記保持手段を解放する解放手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記解放手段は、解放ボタン(17)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)は、前記カプセル(20)の前記第1端(23)と前記カプセル(20)の前記第2端(24)との間に平坦な側面を含み、
前記長尺本体(12)は、前記カプセル(20)が前記長尺本体(12)によって保持されたときに前記カプセル(20)の前記平坦な側面に面する平坦面を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記長尺本体(12)は、円形又は楕円形の断面を有する第1部分(15)と、前記平坦面を有する第2部分(16)とを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)は、半円筒面および前記平坦な側面で構成される半円筒形状を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のエアロゾル生成器。 - 前記カプセル(20)は、透明部分を有し、
前記長尺本体(12)は、ユーザが前記透明部分を通して前記カプセル(20)の中に残留するエアロゾル生成物質を目視で判断することができるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成器。
