Claims (14)
- エネルギー源(4)によって固化可能な造形材料(3)層の連続的な層ごとの選択照射及び固化によって3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)であって、前記装置(1)は、
付加製造プロセスにおいて発生する残滓(10)で充満させることができるガス流(9、9’)をプロセスチャンバ(6)内に発生させるように適合された流れ発生装置(8)と、
前記ガス流(9、9’)に含まれる前記残滓(10)に関する少なくとも1つの残滓情報を判定するように適合された判定ユニット(13、13’)と、
前記少なくとも1つの残滓情報に応じて前記付加製造プロセスを中断するように適合された制御ユニット(17)とを備え、
前記付加製造プロセスが、少なくとも1つの作業パッケージの後に中断されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記少なくとも1つの残滓情報に応じて、少なくとも1つの流れパラメータを制御するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記装置(1)で遂行される付加製造プロセスに関する少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを、前記残滓情報に応じて調節するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記少なくとも1つの残滓情報に応じて、前記付加製造プロセスを、少なくとも一時的に中断するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、少なくとも1つの残滓閾値を生成及び/又は受信するように適合され、前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記残滓閾値に一致又はそれを超える前記残滓情報により少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを調節するように適合され、また、前記制御ユニット(17)は、残滓閾値未満の前記残滓情報により前記付加製造プロセスを継続するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定ユニット(13、13’)は、ある体積のガスを通過する光の透過量を測定して、透過及び/又は散乱光検出に基づいて残滓情報を判定するように適合された少なくとも1つのセンサ(14、14’、15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサ(14、14’、15)が少なくとも1つのガス出口(12、12’)に配置され、前記ガス流(9、9’)は前記ガス出口(12、12’)を通って前記装置(1)の前記プロセスチャンバ(6)の外へ流れ、及び/又は少なくとも1つのセンサ(14、14’、15)が保護ガラス(16)の下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの判定ユニット(13、13’)が少なくとも2つの異なる出口(12、12’)に割り当てられ、前記流れ発生装置(8)は、造形面(7)の異なる領域(19、19’)上を流れて前記少なくとも2つの異なる出口(12、12’)を通過する、少なくとも2つのガス流(9、9’)を案内するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記少なくとも2つの異なる判定ユニット(13、13’)を介して判定された前記異なる残滓情報に応じて、前記少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータ、及び/又は前記2つの異なるガス流(9、9’)を制御するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記残滓情報をデータ記憶装置(18)に格納するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記残滓情報を空間的に分解して、マップを生成するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記残滓情報に基づいて、後処理を必要とするか否かを示すように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)のための流れ発生装置(8)であって、前記ガス流(9、9’)に含まれる前記残滓(10)に関する少なくとも1つの残滓情報を判定するように適合された判定ユニット(13、13’)を特徴とする、流れ発生装置(8)。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の、エネルギー源(4)によって固化可能な造形材料(3)の層の連続的な層ごとの選択照射及び固化によって3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための少なくとも1つの装置(1)を操作する方法であって、前記装置(1)の処理チャンバ(6)内に、前記付加製造プロセスにおいて発生する残滓(10)を充満させることができるガス流(9、9’)が生成され、前記ガス流(9、9’)の少なくとも1つの残滓情報が、前記ガス流(9、9’)に含まれる前記残滓(10)に関連して判定されることを特徴とする、方法。
