Description
製品中または周囲にガス試料を通すステップと、
少なくとも1つの化学化合物、特に風味化合物を検出するために、ガス試料を製品の下流のセンサ組立体に送るステップと、
ガス試料をセンサ組立体で分析して、ガス試料内の少なくとも1つの化学化合物を検出するステップと、を含む方法を提供する。
製品をテスト・ゾーンで保持するホルダ手段と、
ガス試料をテスト・ゾーンの中に通す手段と、
テスト・ゾーンの下流に配置され、ガス試料内の化学化合物、特に風味化合物または香り化合物を検出するためにガス試料が送られるセンサ組立体と、を含むシステムを提供する。

Claims (8)
- 喫煙品または喫煙品のフィルタ要素である製品(C)を評価して製品品質および/または製品完全性を判断する方法であって、
製品(C)の中または周囲にガス試料(G)を通すステップと、
少なくとも1つの風味化合物(X)を検出するために、前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の下流のセンサ組立体(S)に送るステップと、
前記ガス試料(G)を前記センサ組立体(S)で分析して、前記ガス試料(G)の前記少なくとも1つの風味化合物(X)を検出するステップと、を含み、
前記センサ組立体(S)が、複数のセンサ(S1、S2、S3)を含み、
前記ガス試料(G)を前記センサ組立体(S)に送る前記ステップが、前記ガス試料(G)内の前記風味化合物(X)を検出した後、ガス流(G)の流路をあるセンサ(S1、S2、S3)から別のセンサ(S1、S2、S3)に切り替えるステップを含む、方法。 - 前記ガス試料(G)を前記センサ組立体(S)で分析する前記ステップが、
前記センサ組立体(S)からの応答信号を確立するステップと、
前記応答信号を参照信号と比較して前記ガス試料(G)内における前記少なくとも1つの風味化合物(X)の存在を検出するステップと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の中に通す前記ステップが、
前記製品(C)をガス入口(I)とガス出口(O)の間のテスト・ゾーン(2)で保持するステップと、
前記テスト・ゾーン(2)を前記ガス入口(I)から前記ガス出口(O)まで通る前記ガス試料(G)のフローまたはストリームを生成するステップと、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記テスト・ゾーン(2)を通る前記ガス試料(G)のフローまたはストリームを生成する前記ステップが、
前記テスト・ゾーン(2)の前記ガス入口(I)で圧縮ガスを導入するステップと、
前記テスト・ゾーン(2)の前記ガス出口(O)を減圧源または真空源に連結するステップと、を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の中に通す前記ステップが、5 l/minから15 l/minまでの範囲の流速で前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の中に流すステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス試料(G)を前記センサ組立体(S)で分析する前記ステップの前に、前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の下流で希釈化するステップ、および/または、
前記ガス試料(G)を前記センサ組立体(S)で分析する前記ステップの前に、前記ガス試料(G)を前記製品(C)の下流で加熱するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス試料(G)内の前記少なくとも1つの風味化合物(X)を検出した後、前記センサ組立体(S)のセンサ(S1、S2、S3)を再生させるステップをさらに含み、
前記センサ(S1、S2、S3)を再生させる前記ステップが、当該センサにクリーン・ガス(CG)を渡すステップを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記センサ組立体(S)が、金属酸化物センサ、熱伝導センサ、および水素炎イオン化センサからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つのセンサ(S1、S2、S3)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
