Description
選別対象物(言い換えれば樹脂判定対象物)における判定対象面として載置面もしくは載置面反対側の面の粗さを処理部で処理して、前記選別対象物の前記判定対象面の面積の50%以上が、算術平均粗さRaが0.025以上の領域とし、
前記処理部で処理済みの前記選別対象物を載置部の対象物載置面上に載置し、
前記載置部の前記載置面に載置された前記選別対象物に赤外光を照射部から照射し、
前記赤外光が照射された前記選別対象物からの反射光を受光部で受光し、
前記受光部により受光された前記反射光によって得られた反射又は吸収スペクトルによって、前記選別対象物の樹脂種を演算処理部で判定する。
選別対象物(言い換えれば樹脂判定対象物)における判定対象面として載置面もしくは載置面反対側の面が、当該面の面積の50%以上が、算術平均粗さRaが0.025以上の領域となるように処理する処理部と、
前記処理部で処理済みの前記選別対象物が載置される対象物載置面を有する載置部と、
前記載置部の前記載置面に載置された前記選別対象物に赤外光を照射する照射部と、
前記載置部の前記載置面の上方に配置されて、前記照射部から前記赤外光が照射された前記選別対象物からの反射光を前記選別対象物の上方で受光する受光部と、
前記受光部により受光された前記反射光に基づく前記選別対象物の反射又は吸収スペクトルから、前記選別対象物の樹脂種を判定する演算処理部と、を備える。
選別対象物載置面5aの汚れ又は傷の影響を受けにくくなり、高精度判定が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 選別対象物における判定対象面として載置面もしくは載置面反対側の面の粗さを処理部で処理して、前記選別対象物の前記判定対象面の面積の50%以上が、算術平均粗さRaが0.025以上の領域とし、
前記処理部で処理済みの前記選別対象物を載置部の対象物載置面上に載置し、
前記載置部の前記載置面に載置された前記選別対象物に赤外光を照射部から照射し、
前記赤外光が照射された前記選別対象物からの反射光を受光部で受光し、
前記受光部により受光された前記反射光によって得られた反射又は吸収スペクトルによって、前記選別対象物の樹脂種を演算処理部で判定する、樹脂判定方法。 - 前記赤外光の有効波長領域は1μm以上でかつ3μm以下である、請求項1に記載の樹脂判定方法。
- 前記処理部での前記選別対象物の前記処理は、前記処理部として算術平均粗さRaが1.6以上でかつ160以下の粗面部を、前記選別対象物の前記載置面もしくは前記載置面反対側の面に3秒以上接触させる、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂判定方法。
- 選別対象物における判定対象面として載置面もしくは載置面反対側の面が、当該面の面積の50%以上が、算術平均粗さRaが0.025以上の領域となるように処理する処理部と、
前記処理部で処理済みの前記選別対象物が載置される対象物載置面を有する載置部と、
前記載置部の前記載置面に載置された前記選別対象物に赤外光を照射する照射部と、
前記載置部の前記載置面の上方に配置されて、前記照射部から前記赤外光が照射された前記選別対象物からの反射光を前記選別対象物の上方で受光する受光部と、
前記受光部により受光された前記反射光に基づく前記選別対象物の反射又は吸収スペクトルから、前記選別対象物の樹脂種を判定する演算処理部と、を備える樹脂判定装置。 - 前記赤外光の有効波長領域は1μm以上でかつ3μm以下である、請求項4に記載の樹脂判定装置。
- 前記処理部は、算術平均粗さRaが1.6以上でかつ160以下の粗面部を有し、前記粗面部を前記選別対象物の前記載置面もしくは前記載置面反対側の面に3秒以上接触させて前記処理を行う、請求項4または5に記載の樹脂判定装置。
