Claims (10)
- 要素を具備する支持・ドレネージ材であって、
第1の端部及び第2の端部、並びに第1の主表面、並びに前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部へ延びると共に前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部にかけて深さが減る複数の平行な先細りした流れチャンネルを有する区域を備え、
前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、平行に配置され及び前記第1の主表面から上方へ前記第1の主表面に直交して突出する先細りした側壁を備え、前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、より深い端部及びより浅い端部を有し、前記区域の前記第2の端部より前記区域の前記第1の端部で深い、支持・ドレネージ材。 - 前記先細りした流れチャンネルが各々、連続する先細りを有する、請求項1に記載の支持・ドレネージ材。
- 前記先細りした流れチャンネルが各々、少なくとも2つの段部を有する、請求項1に記載の支持・ドレネージ材。
- 前記区域の前記第1の端部が、上方へ湾曲した端壁をさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の支持・ドレネージ材。
- 第1の支持・ドレネージ材と、別個の第2の支持・ドレネージ材とを具備する支持・ドレネージ材システムであって、
(a)前記第1の支持・ドレネージ材が、
(i)第1の端部及び第2の端部、並びに第1の主表面、並びに前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部へ延びると共に前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部にかけて深さが減る複数の平行な先細りした流れチャンネルを有する区域を備え、
前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、平行に配置され及び前記第1の主表面から上方へ前記第1の主表面に直交して突出する先細りした側壁を備え、前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、より深い端部及びより浅い端部を有し、前記区域の前記第2の端部より前記区域の前記第1の端部で深く、
(b)前記第2の支持・ドレネージ材が、
(ii)第1の端部及び第2の端部、並びに第1の主表面、並びに前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部へ延びると共に前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部にかけて深さが減る複数の平行な先細りした流れチャンネルを有する区域を備え、
前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、平行に配置され及び前記第1の主表面から上方へ前記第1の主表面に直交して突出する先細りした側壁を備え、前記先細りした流れチャンネルが、より深い端部及びより浅い端部を有し、前記区域の前記第2の端部より前記区域の前記第1の端部で深く、
前記第1の支持・ドレネージ材及び前記第2の支持・ドレネージ材が、プリーツ付きフィルタの両側に配置するのに適している、支持・ドレネージ材システム。 - 複数のプリーツ並びに上流面及び下流面を有するプリーツ付き多孔質フィルタと、
前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタの前記上流面又は前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタの前記下流面に接触するように配置された請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の支持・ドレネージ材と
を備えるフィルタ装置。 - 複数のプリーツ並びに上流面及び下流面を有するプリーツ付き多孔質フィルタと、
請求項5に記載の支持・ドレネージ材システムと
を備え、前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタが、前記第1の支持・ドレネージ材と前記第2の支持・ドレネージ材との間に配置され、前記第1の支持・ドレネージ材及び第2の支持・ドレネージ材が、互いに対して180度反転している、フィルタシステム。 - 前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタが、レイドオーバープリーツフィルタを備える、請求項7に記載のフィルタシステム。
- 内側コア及び外側ケージをさらに備える、請求項7又は8に記載のフィルタシステム。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタシステムに流体を通すステップを含み、前記第1の支持・ドレネージ材、前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタの前記上流面、前記プリーツ付き多孔質フィルタの前記下流面、及び前記第2の支持・ドレネージ材に流体を通すことを含む、流体を濾過する方法。
