Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態の合わせガラスを示す断面図である。
ガラス板11、12の厚みは、その組成、中間膜の組成、合わせガラス10の用途によっても異なるが、0.1〜10mmが好ましく、0.3〜2.5mmがより好ましい。
中間膜13は、ガラス板11、12を接着する。中間膜13は、通常、熱可塑性樹脂を含む。熱可塑性樹脂の種類は特に制限されず、公知の中間膜を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の中から適宜選択することができる。なお、中間膜13は、単層構造でもよいし、2以上の層が積層された積層構造でもよい。
なお、本発明は、以下に説明される実施例に限定されない。
第1のガラス板(厚さ2.0mm)と第2のガラス板(厚さ0.5mm)との間に中間膜(厚さ760μm)が配置された合わせガラスを製造した(合わせガラスR1)。
表1に示すように、第1のガラス板および第2のガラス板における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を参考例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して1.2倍に変更したことを除いて、参考例1の合わせガラスR1と同様にして合わせガラスを製造した(合わせガラスR2)。
表1に、評価用ガラスR2における各部の吸光度を示す。
表1に示すように、第1のガラス板および第2のガラス板における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を参考例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して0.9倍に変更するとともに、中間膜における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を参考例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して1.4倍に変更したことを除いて、参考例1の合わせガラスR1と同様にして合わせガラスを製造した(合わせガラス1)。
表1に、評価用ガラス1における各部の吸光度を示す。
表1に示すように、第1のガラス板および第2のガラス板における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を参考例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して0.5倍に変更するとともに、中間膜における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を参考例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して2倍に変更したことを除いて、参考例1の合わせガラスR1と同様にして合わせガラスを製造した(合わせガラス2)。
表1に、評価用ガラス2における各部の吸光度を示す。
表1に示すように、第1のガラス板および第2のガラス板における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度を比較例1における赤外線遮蔽材料の濃度に対して0.75倍に変更したことを除いて、実施例1の合わせガラス1と同様にして合わせガラスを製造した(合わせガラス3)。
表1に、評価用ガラス3における各部の吸光度を示す。
Claims (6)
- 1対のガラス板と、
前記1対のガラス板に狭持された中間膜と、を有する合わせガラスであって、
前記1対のガラス板と前記中間膜とを合わせた厚さが3.6mm以下、
前記1対のガラス板の板厚を各々2.0mmとしたとき、その1対のガラス板の波長1500nmにおける吸光度(A1)と前記中間膜の波長1500nmにおける吸光度(A2)との比(A2/A1)が2.0以上、
前記合わせガラスのISO13837(2008年)により定められる日射透過率(Tts)が60%以下、
であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記吸光度(A1)が0.40以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記吸光度(A2)が0.80以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記1対のガラス板の板厚を各々2.0mmとしたとき、その1対のガラス板の波長570nmにおける吸光度(A3)と前記中間膜の波長570nmにおける吸光度(A4)との比(A4/A3)が0.5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記比(A2/A1)と前記比(A4/A3)との積((A2/A1)×(A4/A3))の値が1.0以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の合わせガラス。
- JIS R3106(1998年)により定められる可視光透過率(Tv)が70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
