Claims (10)
- 構成物ハウジング(2)と接続ブロック(3)とを備える油圧構成物(1)であって、構成物ハウジング(2)は外側表面(4)と軸孔(5)とを有し、少なくとも一つの接続チャネル(6)が外側表面(4)から軸孔(5)にまで延び、接続ブロック(3)が少なくとも一つの接続孔(8)を持つハウジング側部(7)を有し、接続孔(8)は、少なくとも一つの接続チャネル(6)と流体接続されており、特徴とするところは、
構成物ハウジング(2)の外側表面(4)が少なくとも一つの接続チャネル(6)の領域で非平面形状を有しており、貫通穴(10)を有する少なくとも一つの接続ブッシュ(9)が、少なくとも一つの接続チャネル(6)に受け止められて、少なくとも一つの接続孔(8)内に延びており、
接続ブロック(3)のハウジング側部(7)は平坦な表面を有していることである、油圧構成物。 - 構成物ハウジング(2)はほぼ円筒形状を有している、請求項1に記載の油圧構成物。
- 接続ブッシュ(9)は、接続チャネル(6)および接続孔(8)に対して軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1または2に記載の油圧構成物。
- 少なくとも一つの第1シール部材(11)が、接続チャネル(6)の内周面(12)と接続ブッシュ(9)の第1外周面(13)との間の径方向に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧構成物。
- 少なくとも一つの第2シール部材(14)が、接続孔(8)の内周面(15)と接続ブッシュ(9)の第2外周面(16)との間の径方向に配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧構成物。
- 第1シール部材(11)はO−リングであり、および/または第2シール部材(14)はO−リングである、請求項4または5に記載の油圧構成物。
- 構成物ハウジング(2)は少なくとも一つの第1クランプ(17)に受け取られ、少なくとも一つの第1クランプ(17)は接続ブロック(3)に固定される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧構成物。
- 構成物ハウジング(2)の外側表面(4)と接続ブロック(3)のハウジング側部(7)との間にギャップ(S)が設けられる、請求項7に記載の油圧構成物。
- 構成物ハウジング(2)は、第1軸方向端部(18)に第1クランプ部分(19)および第1ストップ部(20)を有しており、第1クランプ(17)は、第1クランプ部分(19)に配置されて、第1ストップ部(20)に当接する、請求項7または8に記載の油圧構成物。
- 油圧構成物(1)は接続ブロック(3)に固定される第2クランプ(21)を有しており、構成物ハウジング(3)は、第2軸方向端部(22)に第2クランプ部分(23)および第2ストップ部(24)を有しており、第2クランプ(21)は、第2クランプ部分(23)に配置されて、第2ストップ部(24)に当接する、請求項9に記載の油圧構成物。
