Description
Claims (5)
- インナ部材とアウタ部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって相互に弾性連結されていると共に、該アウタ部材に設けられた筒状部の内周側に仕切部材が配設されており、該仕切部材を挟んだ両側に非圧縮性流体を封入された主液室と副液室が形成されていると共に、それら主液室と副液室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が該仕切部材に形成されている流体封入式防振装置において、
前記アウタ部材の前記筒状部の内周面に前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向端部が固着されていると共に、該筒状部の内周面が該本体ゴム弾性体の固着面よりも下方に延びている一方、
該本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向端部がシールゴム部を備えており、該シールゴム部の軸方向端面が該アウタ部材の該筒状部の内周面から径方向内方に向かって広がるシール当接面とされて、該アウタ部材の該筒状部の内周側に配設された前記仕切部材が該本体ゴム弾性体側の軸方向端面の外周縁部に位置する押圧シール面において該シールゴム部の該シール当接面に押し付けられていると共に、該仕切部材が該本体ゴム弾性体側への押付方向で該アウタ部材に当接しておらず、該押圧シール面において軸方向外方へ突出して該仕切部材に一体形成された硬質のシール突条が該シールゴム部の該シール当接面に対してより強く食い込むように押し付けられて、該シールゴム部と該仕切部材の軸方向間が流体密にシールされていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記仕切部材が鉄よりも比重の小さい材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記アウタ部材の前記筒状部の内周面に段差面が形成されて、該筒状部の内周面における該段差面を挟んで軸方向の上方側が下方側よりも大径とされ、該上方側が、前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向端部の外周面が固着されるゴム固着面とされていると共に、該筒状部の内周面における該段差面を挟んで軸方向の下方側が、該ゴム固着面よりも小径で前記仕切部材が内挿状態で配置される仕切部材装着面とされており、該本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向端部が該ゴム固着面と該段差面に固着されていると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体の前記シールゴム部が該段差面よりも更に内周へ突出しており、前記シール突条が、該仕切部材装着面よりも内周側に位置して、該仕切部材の外周縁部に設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記アウタ部材には前記筒状部から内周へ突出する内フランジ状部が設けられており、前記仕切部材の前記押圧シール面の少なくとも一部が該内フランジ状部に対して軸方向で対向配置されていると共に、前記本体ゴム弾性体の前記シールゴム部が該内フランジ状部における該押圧シール面との対向面に固着されて、該シールゴム部がそれら押圧シール面と内フランジ状部の軸方向間に配されており、更に該仕切部材の前記シール突条が該押圧シール面における該内フランジ状部との対向部分に形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記仕切部材の一方側に該仕切部材と前記ゴム弾性体の間に設けられた前記主液室が形成され、該仕切部材の他方側に可撓性膜が配置されており、該仕切部材と該可撓性膜の間に前記副液室が形成され、該可撓性膜の外周端部に設けられた被支持片が、該仕切部材に対して下方から重ね合わされていると共に、
該被支持片よりも外周側において、前記アウタ部材に装着されたアウタブラケットに固定的に組み付けられた押え部材が該仕切部材に対して軸方向で当接されており、前記シール突条が、該被支持片を外周側に外れた位置に設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
