Description
防水性の縦方向のオーバーラップ手段と、
防水性の横方向の嵌め合い手段と、
プレートを支持するための高められた複数のパッドと、
ケーブルの通過と屋根の骨組へのアクセスとを目的とする空間とを備える。しかも、
屋根の棟から来る水の流れの方向にて空間の上流側に配されて、水の流れの方向を空間の横方向の両側へ変えるように全体として逆V字形に形成された複数のガイドレールと、
横方向の嵌め合い手段と屋根との間に介在し、かつ嵌め合い手段の押し潰しを防止するように設計された少なくとも1つの補強材と、
各支持パッドの近傍に配され、かつ水の侵入を避けるように高められた、少なくとも1つのドリル領域と、
2枚の並置プレートの間の縦方向のオーバーラップを調整するように設計された目盛とのうちから選択された特徴を少なくとも備える。
Claims (9)
- 太陽電池パネルに嵌め込まれ、かつ建築物の屋根の上への当該パネルの固定及び組み込みを可能にするのに適した支持プレート(10)であって、
横方向の上側帯(16)と横方向の下側帯(18)とから構成される、防水性の縦方向のオーバーラップ手段(12)と、
防水性の横方向の嵌め合い手段(14)と、
前記太陽電池パネルを支持するための高められた複数のパッド(36)と、
ケーブルの通過と前記屋根の骨組へのアクセスとを目的とする空間(40)とを備え、
前記空間(40)は、前記横方向の上側帯(16)と前記横方向の下側帯(18)との間に配置され、
2枚の並置された前記プレート(10)の間の縦方向のオーバーラップと補償範囲とを調整するように設計された目盛(20)を備え、
前記目盛(20)は、前記横方向の上側帯(16)に設けられ、
前記屋根の棟から来る水の流れの方向にて前記横方向の上側帯(16)の下流側で且つ前記空間(40)の上流側に配されて、前記水の流れの方向を前記空間(40)の横方向の両側へ変えるように全体として逆V字形に形成された複数のガイドレール(46)を備えた支持プレート。 - 請求項1記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記各ガイドレール(46)は、前記水の流れの方向を前記空間(40)の横方向の両側へ変えるためのビードを形成することを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 先行する請求項1又は2のうちのいずれか1項に記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記嵌め合い手段(14)と前記屋根との間に介在し、かつ前記嵌め合い手段(14)の押し潰しを防止するように設計された少なくとも1つの補強材(34)を備え、
前記嵌め合い手段(14)は全体として逆U字形に形成された中空部をなし、前記補強材(34)は前記嵌め合い手段(14)により画定された凹所の中に配された固定部であることを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 先行する請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記屋根の棟から来る水の流れが前記空間(40)に入ることを防止するように設けられたビード(42)を備えたことを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 請求項4記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記プレート(10)と前記太陽電池パネルとの間でケーブルの通過を可能にするように、前記ビード(42)に形成された溝(44)を備えたことを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 先行する請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の支持プレート(10)において、
各ドリル領域(38)は、固定手段の配置を可能にするように、対応する支持パッド(36)よりも低く持ち上げられていることを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 先行する請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記太陽電池パネルを持ち上げて通風を良くするための手段(50)を備えたことを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 先行する請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の支持プレート(10)において、
前記屋根の棟から来る水を追い出すことを可能にする複数の楔(52)を備えたことを特徴とする支持プレート。 - 太陽電池パネルと、当該太陽電池パネルに適した、先行する請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載のプレート(10)とにより形成されたセット。
