Description
温度調節機付きの1m3の反応容器に、ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液(SiO2濃度:10g/L、モル比:SiO2/Na2O=3.43)230Lを投入し、90℃に昇温した。
凝集抑制剤を、表2に示す種類に変更した以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で、タイヤ用フィラーを得た。なお、比較例1では、凝集抑制剤を用いることなく、タイヤ用フィラーを得た。
<低燃費性>
粘弾性測定装置(装置名EPLEXOR500N、GABO社製)により、以下の条件でtanδを測定した。
・測定条件
測定モード:ひずみ分散
静的負荷:10%ひずみ
動的負荷:±0.1%〜±10%以上
周波数:10Hz
温度:60℃
そして、凝集抑制剤を添加しなかった場合(比較例1)の値を100とし、tanδを指数表示した。その結果を、表2に併せて示す。
タイヤ用フィラー0.6gに対し、水を19.4g加え、3%の懸濁液を調製し、1時間静置した。

Claims (4)
- シリカ粒子と、前記シリカ粒子の凝集を抑制する凝集抑制剤とを含有するタイヤ用フィラーであって、
前記凝集抑制剤が、
リン酸塩およびその誘導体、アミノアルコール、水溶性アミノシラン、窒素含有複素環系化合物、および、第3級アミン化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する
ことを特徴とする、タイヤ用フィラー。 - 請求項1に記載のタイヤ用フィラーと、
ゴム成分とを含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 請求項2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする、タイヤ。
- ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液から得られ、一度も乾燥されていないシリカを含むシリカスラリーに、凝集抑制剤を添加する添加工程と、
前記添加工程の後、前記シリカスラリーを乾燥させる乾燥工程と
を備え、
前記凝集抑制剤が、
リン酸塩およびその誘導体、アミノアルコール、水溶性アミノシラン、窒素含有複素環系化合物、および、第3級アミン化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含有する
ことを特徴とする、タイヤ用フィラーの製造方法。
