Claims (11)
- 気密に閉鎖されたハウジング(10)とセルブロック(20)とを有し、前記セルブロックが、接触プレート(22)によって電気的及び機械的に接続された複数のバッテリセル(21)から形成されている、バッテリシステムであって、ハウジング(10)が、ハウジング(10)内に負圧を発生させるための負圧ポンプ(33)と接続可能であり、かつハウジング(10)の内部を負圧が支配し、かつハウジング(10)の少なくとも1つのハウジング側壁(11)がフレキシブルであり、それによりハウジング(10)の内部に作用する負圧によってハウジング側壁(11)がセルブロック(20)と締めつけ固定される、ものにおいて、
ハウジング(10)の内部に、負圧ポンプ(33)を制御するための圧力センサが配置されており、前記圧力センサが制御ユニットと接続されており、前記制御ユニットは、圧力センサの測定値があらかじめ定められた安全領域の外部にある場合に制御信号が出力されるように、適合されている、ことを特徴とするバッテリシステム。 - セルブロック(20)が、バッテリ監視システム用の回路基板(23)を有しており、前記回路基板がバッテリセル(21)の側方に沿って配置されており、かつ接触プレート(22)と電気的に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。
- セルブロック(20)が、電気的に絶縁する、熱伝導する絶縁被覆(24)によって包囲されており、ハウジング側壁(11)が絶縁被覆(24)に直接添接している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリシステム。
- ハウジング(10)が、負圧ポンプ(33)用の少なくとも1つの接続端(30)を有しており、前記接続端がハウジング(10)の内部へ連通している、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのハウジング側壁(11)が、アルミニウムシートから形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのハウジング側壁(11)が、最大で2mmの材厚を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- ハウジング側壁(11)の外側(11a)に、少なくとも1つの冷却部材(40)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 負圧ポンプ(33)が電気的にセルブロック(20)と接続可能又は接続されており、かつバッテリセル(21)によって電気エネルギを供給可能又は供給される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットがバッテリ監視システムと接続され、前記制御ユニットは、前記バッテリ監視システムがバッテリセルの安全上危機的なエラーを検出した場合に制御信号が出力されるように、適合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、回路基板(23)のマスター/スレイブ−バスシステム内に統合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載のバッテリシステム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリシステムを有する乗物。
